Au Beurre Croissants (2)

  • Classic French croissants handmade with buttery, 12-layer dough that bakes to a flaky golden finish with a silky-soft interior (3.5 oz.).

Chocolate Croissants (2)

  • Rolled pains au chocolate filled with two batons of dark Valrhona chocolate from France (3.8 oz.).

Pumpkin Kouign Amann (2)

  • Caramelized croissant cups with a spiced pumpkin cream filling (3.1 oz.).

Peppermint Chocolate Kouign-Amann Batons (2)

  • Swirled croissant sticks filled with our bestselling Williams Sonoma Peppermint Bark (2.3 oz.).

Cinnamon Buns (2)

  • Crisp, flaky croissant dough filled with sweet cinnamon butter (3.5 oz.).

Apple Cinnamon Swirl (2)

  • Light and flaky croissant dough filled with sweet cinnamon butter and fresh, juicy diced apples (3.5 oz.).
Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

  • Pastries ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated. This is normal. Please take care not to touch dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove pastries from shipping container and place in freezer, where they will keep for up to 90 days.

Preparation

Au Beurre Croissants

  • Place frozen croissants 3 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheet and let thaw at room temperature for 8 hours. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Make egg wash by stirring 1 egg with 1 tsp. water. Lightly brush egg wash over croissants. Bake until golden brown, about 17–20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Chocolate Croissants

  • Place frozen croissants 3 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheet and let thaw at room temperature for 8 hours. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Make egg wash by stirring 1 egg with 1 tsp. water. Lightly brush egg wash over croissants. Bake until golden brown, 20–22 minutes. Let your croissants cool and serve warm or at room temperature.

Pumpkin Kouign Amann

  • Place pastries in buttered cups of standard muffin pan and defrost in refrigerator overnight. Gently push into cups before baking. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Whisk an egg and lightly brush over pastries. Place muffin pan on baking sheet in case of overflow. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let your croissants cool and serve warm or at room temperature.

Peppermint Chocolate Kouign-Amann Batons

  • Place frozen pastry batons 3 inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheet and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Make egg wash by stirring 1 egg with 1 tsp. water. Lightly brush egg wash over pastries. Bake until golden brown, 15–20 minutes (please note that some of the butter and sugar may caramelize on the baking sheet). Let cool and serve warm or at room. 

Apple Cinnamon Swirls

  • Place frozen cinnamon swirls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let thaw for 8 hours. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Make an egg wash by stirring 1 egg with 1 tsp. water. Lightly brush the egg wash over pastries. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar over each pastry.
  • Bake until golden brown, approx. 15–18 minutes. Serve warm.

Cinnamon Buns

  • Place croissants on parchment-lined baking sheet tray and thaw on the counter for 8 hours.
  • Make an egg wash by stirring 1 egg with 1 tsp. water and lightly brush over pastries.
  • Bake until golden brown, approx. 15–18 minutes. Serve warm.
