- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the enamel surface.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Allow to cool before washing.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I wanted the deeper baker that Williams Sonoma pictures with a roasted chicken in it, but it didn't come in pink. I seasoned the chicken, stuffed it in the baker and pressed the lid down firmly. Then I let the chicken marinate in the fridge overnight. The next day the lid fit, I baked it and that bird was tender and juicy. I have also used it for rolls and brownies where I needed the lid after baking to keep the pastries fresh. I have 6 pieces of LC stoneware bake ware. This is a very versatile baker. I love it! I have one of my own and have gifted this to several people as well. Definitely worth the cost. I have noticed that many people said it's not authentic Le Creuset because it's not made in France. I must make a note that I have many stoneware pieces of Le Creuset and not one of them was made in France. Perhaps they don't make stroneware products in France for the company. My dutch oven is the only piece I own from Le Creuset that was made in France. That being said, the quality still seems excellent and has held up very well. I am interested in this piece but after reading the reviews, I have a concern: I have several pieces already not one chip- ppl are reviewing this piece break easy. question: is this an authentic LC product made in FRANCE?Hi Inner, Le Creuset cast-iron cookware is made in France but their stoneware bakers are made in Thailand or China. Changes in extreme temperature could cause thermal shock causing stoneware to crack. When moving stoneware bakers from a refrigerator or freezer directly into a hot oven, the oven should not be set higher than 180°C/350°F or the stoneware may crack.Date published: 2019-04-08
