For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

I have never been disappointed with anything I have prepared in it and I am convinced it improves the flavor and texture of the food. I purchased the white one and was concerned it might be difficult to clean, but it not only makes every single thing I bake in it taste incredible, it is also super easy to clean and store. It is the Cadillac of cookware for so many things. My husband got this for me as a present some time ago because I wanted it. I already had a Le Creuset Dutch Oven and another Le Creuset Oval Baker...both of which I use nearly every week, but wanted to add this deep covered baker to my arsenal. However, I just don't grab it nearly as often as the other two pieces aforementioned. As another commenter already said, if you have the Dutch Oven, it is a bit redundant, unless you need several pieces of cookware at once. I make all kinds of meats...whole chicken, pork and beef roasts, various stews, etc. But my Dutch Oven or Oval Baker works just fine for those tasks, and it's easy to go from browning and sauteing right into the oven. The Deep Covered Baker has bumps on the bottom's surface, so I wouldn't use it to brown or saute, which is maybe another reason I don't grab it as often. I have yet to try any casserole in this baker, so it may be great for that. Ultimately though, it just doesn't get the use my other two get. It still has that terrific enameled surface, so cleaning is extremely easy. And the baker looks good and is nice and deep, so that's a plus. Everything cooks evenly and well, and the baker keeps the food warm long after it's taken out of the oven. The enameled surface makes for easy clean-up (no more soaking, like I had to do with my glass bakeware). I can even store the baker in the refrigerator if need be (remove the cover and use foil to cover the dish). It cooks great but if you already own a dutch oven then you can skip this. I find the dutch oven more versatile than this because it can go on the stove top and in the oven. Nothing sticks to it and a very quick wash is all it takes to make it perfectly clean like new again. I have this baker and would like to use it to bake potatoes, carrots and onions that won’t fit in my slow cooker with the massive pot roast. At what temperature and how long should I bake them? Lid on or off? Thank you! Hi Lglenn10910, We suggest cooking at 425°F for 45 -60 minutes, stirring once about halfway through and checking a few times along the way for doneness. We would leave the lid off to achieve a little more browning/texture on the vegetables, but if you want tender vegetables without browning, more like you would get if you actually cooked the vegetables with the pot roast, you can leave the lid on.Date published: 2019-12-23
