Rated 5 out of 5 by coffee mom from Wonderful space saver! I was looking for a compact food processor that I could leave out on my counter all the time, and this fit the bill perfectly. It may not be the most powerful unit out there, but it performs all the functions I need it to. I use it mostly to shred cabbage and cheese. I bought the red one, and the splash of color livens up my kitchen.Date published: 2019-05-12Rated 5 out of 5 by Nikhil Reddy from Good Quality and Attractive This product is Attractive, and well made/of Good Quality. Cuts very well, but takes longer time, compared to the earlier Ninja Model I had. Seemed little Over-pricey. Other that that, overall a good product to have in the kitchen. I always fumbled with lining up and twisting my mom’s food processor. It’s so easy to get the lid on and off of this one to stir and scoop things. I keep in on the counter to chop onions and garlic and shred carrots. I don’t mind using it to prep small items because it’s so easy to clean. It’s quiet, smooth and I love how you can just push bowl into place, others I had to align then twist on(which caused it to break and not work anymore) kitchenaid has always been great, we have coffee maker, mixer, dishwasher and now food processor! While it does a great job chopping and grating, the way the lid is attached makes the insert fall out every time it is opened. And the 2 peice chopping blade (which does not lock into place) means you have to rememeber to remove the blade before dumping out the contents pf the bowl or risk losing a finger. I would recommend the processor but I think the top and blade design needs some tweaking [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]Date published: 2019-04-23
Is this large enough to make pie dough in?Hi Alyssa - Yes, a 7- or 8-quart food processor is big enough to make dough for a double-crust pie. Anything smaller and you’d only be able to make a single crust at a time. Happy Baking!Date published: 2018-10-24
