Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

- Instructions for Instant Pot Tortilla Soup Starter
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. (750 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) pieces
1 jar soup starter
1 can (14 1/2 oz./455 g) diced tomatoes
3 cups (750 ml) water or low-sodium chicken broth
In an Instant Pot® set to Sauté, warm the oil. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned all over, about 5 minutes. Add the soup starter, tomatoes and water and stir to combine. Lock the lid in place, seal and set to cook at high pressure for 8 minutes. When pressure cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam. Carefully remove the lid and ladle the chili into bowls.
Serves 4 to 6.

Not sure what happened with the other reviewers who commented that it was too salty, because it wasn't at all. I used Kitchen Basics Unsalted Chicken Stock instead of water. Served with diced avocado, lime wedges, some fried tortilla strips with leftover tortillas in the pantry, and a quick blend of a chili pepper packed in adobo sauce with some Mexican crema (or could use sour cream).
