Rated 4 out of 5 by kcgino from Not too shabby Both my husband and I LOVE truffle, so this was a no-brainer to buy. My husband normally doesn't care for orzo at all, but he said he really liked this one. It says to add salt, which my husband did without trying it first... it was way too salty. I'm going to guess that it would be best without any additional salt. Also, we opted to drizzle a bit of truffle oil over it vs regular olive oil, as the truffle flavor is very mild in the orzo. It's great with a bit of parm on top. I think it would also be great if you added some sautéed mushrooms to it after it's done cooking.Date published: 2019-10-08Rated 1 out of 5 by LKBennett from Awful! Terrible! Waste of Money! This item is not worth your time or money. It tastes terrible, like a combination of dehydrated vegetables and salt. As a matter of fact, it is way too salty. I gave it one star only because my husband thought it was OK.Date published: 2019-08-26Rated 3 out of 5 by VSteele from Good Flavor. Poor Execution. We tried this last night night and it’s was only semi-successful. We followed the instructions on the bottle and before the pressure was reached our InstaPot read “burn”. Sure enough, some of the risotto had cooked (not burned) to the bottom of the pot. It had plenty of liquid still so we scrapped the pan and tied again but the same notice came on. This time we tested it and the risotto was fine to eat. So we did. Not sure what we did wrong.Date published: 2019-07-21
