Our Test Kitchen has taken customers' all-time-favorite recipes and turned them into time-saving meal starters designed exclusively for the Instant Pot. This sauce highlights the bright, gingery flavors of broccoli beef, a favorite from Chinese restaurant menus. It's delicious and easy to prepare – simply combine with sautéed beef and cook for 12 minutes. Toss with blanched broccoli and serve over rice.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

There are no cooking instructions on the jar! How am I supposed to use this sauce?Hi tea42, We apologize that the jar label did not list the cooking instructions. Please see below: Ingredients: 2 lb. (1 kg) sirloin or ﬂank steak 2 Tbs. olive oil 1 jar beef and broccoli starter sauce 1 lb. (500 g) broccoli ﬂorets, blanched until crisp-tender Instructions: Cut the steak against the grain into strips about ½ inch (12 mm) wide. In an Instant Pot® set to Sauté, warm the olive oil. In batches, sear the beef, turning once, until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per batch. Return all the beef to the pot and stir in the starter. Lock the lid in place, seal and set to cook at high pressure for 9 minutes. When pressure cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam. Carefully remove the lid, stir in the broccoli and serve.
