Our Test Kitchen has taken fans’ most popular, all-time-favorite recipes and turned them into time-saving meal starters designed exclusively for your Instant Pot. This sauce highlights the classic flavors of Bolognese pasta sauce to enjoy in just minutes. Featuring a blend of onions, tomatoes, red wine, garlic and herbs, it's delicious and easy to prepare – simply combine with sautéed beef, cook for ten minutes, then add a splash of cream.

- Chicken stock (water, dried chicken stock, salt), vegetable stocks (carrots, celery, onion), gelatin, chicken (with fat and skin), tapioca starch (native), natural flavor, tomatoes (with calcium chloride and citric acid), red cooking wine, shallots, Parmesan cheese (part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), carrots, tomato paste, celery, garlic, modified tapioca starch, butter, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, citric acid.
- Contains sulfites. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, fish, sesame, eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, mustard.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

- Instructions for Instant Pot Bolognese Starter Sauce
2 lb. (1 kg) ground beef
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 jar Bolognese starter
Splash of heavy cream (optional)
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. In an Instant Pot® set to Sauté, warm the oil. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add the Bolognese starter and stir to combine. Lock the lid in place, seal and set to cook at high pressure for 10 minutes. When pressure cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release the remaining steam. Carefully remove the lid and stir in the cream, if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.
