This book has the same recipes over and over with slightly different ingredients. Most of the recipes are available online and not really worth purchasing the book. My favorite is the ramen noodles type of dish using spiralized daikon radish in place of the typical noodles you get in the package. So good and healthy! I've also found it VERY easy to alter recipes using a different type veggie if I don't like the particular vegetable in a recipe. Yes, there are some veggies I just won't eat.
