Homemade pasta is easy to prepare with this old-fashioned Italian-made machine, the same kind used in home kitchens throughout Italy. The optional attachment rolls, stuffs and crimps dough to make pillow-like ravioli.

- Use & Care
- Use a soft brush to remove excess flour, and wipe with a dry cloth.
- Machine and attachments should not be cleaned with water or detergents as they can cause the machine to clog or rust.
- Occasionally place a drop of oil where the rollers meet the machine to keep the rollers moving smoothly.

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I would have given the pasta maker 5 stars easily but the one thing that held me back was the clamping system. It clamps down on one side but it really needs to be held down on both sides. I finally developed my own . I use two cups of semolina flour, two eggs, two tblsp olive oil and 2 tblsp water. knead by hand, put it in a freezer bag to rest, cut it into about 6 pieces which I roll out with a rolling pin to get them thin enough to feed into the rollers run it through the rollers about four or five times at each setting until I get it to the thickness I want. (After each trip through the rollers I fold it into thirds, hit it enough with the rolling pin to get it back into the rollers, then roll it at 90 degrees to the last pass through. ) When it's thin enough I cut the strip of dough in half and run it through the cutters, then hang the finished pasta over the pins of a wooden pasta rack to dry. My wife and boys love it. If you're clumsy, not good at critical thinking or just plain inept, suck it up and get an automated extrusion-type machine. We've had our eyes on various pasta makers/machines for some time - the Imperia seemed like the best choice based on price, reviews, and reputation. Although we like to cook, we've never attempted fresh pasta before...we were excited. Last night was our first attempt; it worked beautifully. We followed the instructions regarding set-up and cleaning of the machine. I found a recipe for dough online (2 cups of flour, three eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1 Tbsp. of olive oil mixed together in a food processor...easy!) The dough rolled out very well and we actually felt like we knew what we were doing. I definitely recommend this product and plan to use it frequently.
