- Dimensions & More Info
- 12" diam., 2 1/4" high.
- 10-cup cap.
- Made in USA.
- Use & Care
- Before each use, wash pan with hot, soapy water.
- Oven safe to 400°F.
- Use only wood, silicone, plastic or other nonmetal utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- For best results, brush pan with a nonstick baking spray with flour. Turn pan upside down and tap to remove excess flour. These steps will help ensure easy release and excellent pattern definition.
- When pouring in batter, begin with a small amount, making sure that the liquid fills in all of pan's details. Pour in remaining batter.
- To prevent overflow, do not fill more than 3/4 full.
- Gently tap pan on counter several times to release excess air bubbles from batter.
- After baking, cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- To unmold, tap pan firmly a few times. Invert onto a cooling rack and lift pan away.
- Allow cake to cool completely before decorating.
- Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
- A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HappyKitchen from Favorite for brownies and perfect portions. I love this pan. I own many nordic ware pans and this is one of the most creative. It delivers perfectly portioned brownies that look so much more delicious than standard cut squares. I also use it for a traditional Guatemalan honey, cottage cheese and rice flour bread called quesadilla de arroz. My grandmother used to love it and the little honeycomb design with the sweet little bees just makes it that much more delicious. This will quickly become a favorite pan that you will pass down to the next generation.Date published: 2019-02-01Rated 5 out of 5 by crrreed from more than just cake fun pan and the kids love it. we have used it to make northern cornbread and banana bread. had to adjust the time a bit but it turned out great. the honeycombs make perfect pull-apart portions. Kids didn't like the cake recipe that came with the pan but there are tons of bunt recipes to try instead. This will be my go-to pan for cakey northern cornbread for the for-see-able futureDate published: 2015-04-28Rated 5 out of 5 by MotheroftheGroom from Honeycomb bundt cake This design makes 19 perfect servings. Love this!Date published: 2015-02-25Rated 5 out of 5 by page14 from Baking fun this cake pan is really fun to use. The cakes come out really moist and you have all kinds of options for decorating. I have several Nordic Ware pans and love them all.Date published: 2014-06-12Rated 5 out of 5 by baking4two from Honeycomb Sweet This is a sweet cake to bring to any gathering. My husband is happy to bring it to work to share because the shape makes it is so easy for everyone to pull apart their own nice sized piece. Love this pan! (The picture is of the Devil's Food W-S bundt cake mix, which turned out great!)Date published: 2014-03-10Rated 5 out of 5 by Munchk from Nice pan, yummy recipe! I really like this pan and the cake recipe that comes with it was a big hit. The breakaway pieces of the honeycomb are just the right size for snacking. Every one loved it!Date published: 2013-10-29Rated 5 out of 5 by Wrenovation from Best-Made Pan in my Kitchen This pan has become my favorite. It's heavy, well-balanced, has a terrific non-stick surface and best of all, it fits perfectly into my Breville counter-top toaster/convection Smart oven. It is a lovely pattern ideally suited to the farm here. I love the honeycomb and bees design. It's nice to have a cake that is so easily broken into bite-sized sections and shared, community-style. With or without icing or any other topping on your cake, you can be sure, with whatever cake you make with this pan, it will look beautiful and be an inviting treat. Love it! I get the feeling this is going to become one of those "heirloom" pans...LOL! Hard to come by and treasured for years...Date published: 2013-03-22Rated 5 out of 5 by beezneez from So much fun and easy! Usually I avoid the novelty pans, but I'm a beekeeper and couldn't resist this one. The cake came out clean and easily (I did oil and flour first), the pattern shows up well, and the individual sections are well defined making this a true 'pull-apart' cake. I thought cleaning would be a challenge, given all the details, but this was surprisingly not the case!Date published: 2012-12-05
What is the non stick cooking surface made of? And is it safe or does it have cancer warnings?Hi Robin, The formula for the nonstick coating is proprietary information, per the manufacturer. They do say that the nonstick is PTFE-free and PFOA-free.Date published: 2019-01-29
