A stunning design with sweeping curves, our cast-aluminum pan turns out an elegant cake perfect for drizzling with glaze or sprinkling with confectioners' sugar. Nordic Ware based its vintage design on an old German stoneware mold for baking a ring-shaped kugelhopf, similar to American coffee cake.

- Use & Care
- Before each use, wash pan with hot, soapy water.
- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Use only wood, silicone, plastic or other nonmetallic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- For best results, brush pan with an unsalted solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour. You can also use vegetable oil or a nonstick baking spray. If using a spray, check to make sure that it does not contain lecithin, which can cause a gummy residue. Turn pan upside down and tap to remove excess flour. These steps will help ensure easy release and excellent pattern definition.
- After baking, cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes. Tap pan firmly a few times, then invert, lift pan away and let the cake continue to cool on rack.
- To prevent overflow, do not fill more than 3/4 full.
- Hand-wash. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
- A soft sponge or kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. You may need to scrub lightly.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

I've used Baker's Joy, greased and floured, and my own brush-on pan release. All of them work. I make sure to get into every crevice. The crust is beautiful, and ALWAYS presents in that Wow!-factor. I was so confused because I knew I'd made beautiful swirl-topped Bundts on three other occasions....it was my husband who pointed out that I'd used the 6-Cup Heritage pan (I have the set: 10-Cup, 6-cup and bundtlette). I appreciate the salesman selling me the Bak-Klene cooking spray - cake came out EFFORTLESSLY (even taking into consideration that I didn't flour the pan) 2. The other reviewers are right: this pan cooks quicker than your average so reduce cooking time (mine was a bit crisp on the outside) AND this pan also has less capacity than your typical 10" diameter bundt pan (mine overflowed a bit) but now I know for future uses :) 3. Received way too many compliments at dinner on the appearance of the cake, definitely a show stopper. Overall amazing buy. Fantastic cake pan. Cakes bakes up evenly, and you only need a little loosening around the stem to get the cake to slide right out. Here is a cake pan that requires absolutely no greasing of any kind. Your cake will come out looking beautiful and without a tear. Amazing. BUT! It bakes a little too well. Check on your cake at around 20 minutes prior to the time it's due out. If still not done, check 5 minutes after that. Because the first time I used this pan, I baked the cake according to the recipe time, and it came out dry. The next time, I checked some 20 minutes prior, and it was ready. Came out moist and perfect.
