Rated 5 out of 5 by JOLI from Absolutely Excellent I received this several months ago while I was away and just started using it on the grill. The Fish comes off of it incredibly juicy and tender. It is incredibly easy to use and the fish cooks up quite quickly. In the past I have used the wood grilling planks which were difficult to control but for sure I will never go back! Another plus it is great to take it straight from the grill to the dinner table. Provides a much nicer presentation then most other basic options. If you have a family larger than 3 I recommend getting two.Date published: 2017-12-19Rated 1 out of 5 by DaveR from Don't buy it I cooked a bronzini on the grill. The fish cooked perfectly and was delicious. However, after dinner I found the pan had brown stains between the ridges on its surface. The instructions say not to use the dishwasher or steel wool, so I tried lots of elbow grease and a sponge and lots of soap. Then I put it on the stove with water and simmered it for a while, still won't come off. Then I tried baking soda, a half box of it, and made just a little progress. The problem is that the ridges are so high and so close together that it's very hard to scrub out those little valleys. I think if I worked about an hour with baking soda I might be able to get it clean--but I'm not going to sentence myself to an hour at the sink for one pan every time I cook fish! My advice is to ignore this thing. Think instead about a Staub pan, made of hard-working Burgundian ceramic, that's rugged and will go into the dishwasher.Date published: 2017-07-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Randolphmom from Wonderful Fish Grill/Roast Pan I waited for this item since it was back ordered and my wait was worth it. My wild salmon with a maple dijon glaze cooked perfectly and the pan was so easy to clean up. Also, it maintained the heat once removed from the oven. I have always loved Wilton Armetale products. I have their beautiful serveware and now I have a piece of grillware. I will definitely buy this for others.Date published: 2014-03-04Rated 5 out of 5 by SueSue2 from Ideal for cooking Fish This griller works similar to the Wilton-Armetale grill tray, but this looks more attractive and doesn't take up unnecessary space. I like how the ridges sear seafood with grill marks and helps keep the food from sitting in the fatty drippings. Since the griller retains heat, you should take it off the grill a little before the fish is done to avoid overcooking. It is a little difficult to clean because of the ridges but soaking immediately helps a lot. I highly recommend it for those who cook fish often.Date published: 2013-06-30
