Rated 1 out of 5 by Pfz101406 from Don’t waste your money! Beware the reviews that say this pan is great at first! While that’s true, this pan will lose its nonstick properties in less than a year (6 months for us). We followed all instructions and only used approved cooking fats (no spray). Very disappointed with this fan. For the reviewer who states the need to season after every wash, that may work, but I don’t have time for extra steps!Date published: 2019-05-19Rated 1 out of 5 by TomM from Nonstick without the "Non" Less than a year old, everything sticks. Always hand washed. Both 10" & 12" pans have failed. Only used butter and olive oil, never spray Pam. Nonstick surface fails and ends up with crusty brown coatings which can't be removed. This product should be withdrawn from the market. Not sure why other reviewers rated this product highly, it's a waste on money. Warranty is for replacement only, but won't use these again, even if they gave me replacements for free.Date published: 2019-04-13Rated 1 out of 5 by Carolina from Horrible Horrible !!!!!! I use oil, butter and everything is the sameDate published: 2019-03-24Rated 1 out of 5 by Dulcist from Totally Disgusted for a WS Product I bought these pans about two months ago. I use the smaller one. I heated the pan at 5 which is medium heat per instructions. The smaller pan worked great for cooking eggs at first. I try to use the pan on a daily basis because it is the right size however cleaning up afterword is a joke. Now, the pan is horrible to clean and I am totally disgusted with these pans. There is stuck eggs on the bottom and some sort of residue on the sides. Of course, I bought the pans on sale and can't return these horrible pans. When I bought the pans, the sales personnel told me that I would "love" cooking with ceramic. I know wonder, if they were being facetious??? Did I say how horrible they are?? Totally disgusted that WS would even offer pans like this to the consumer.Date published: 2019-03-17Rated 2 out of 5 by audrey from Works great at first, then... doesn't When we first got these pans, we loved them! However, after ~4 months of use they have lost their nonstick properties completely. There's no physical sign of this--no scratches on the surface or anything. We use them frequently, but take good care of them, and we were expecting them to last longer than this.Date published: 2018-05-24Rated 5 out of 5 by DKaihani from Love My GreenPans I purchased this 2-pan set (10" & 12") a few months ago. I was a little weary since I read some reviews that it didn't go well for the buyer. Anyway, I received them and wash them as recommended and then...I seasoned them. Although the directions do not tell you too, another purchaser in a review recommended it. I went on You-tube and followed the video directions. I then wiped them out and they have been perfect (I use the 12" just about everyday). I fry on medium heat (you do not need high and it browns beautifully). I also do not use metal (plastic) and I do not put them in the dishwasher (you really do not need to since after frying..just a little warm water and a paper towel will do the job). I highly recommend these pans!Date published: 2018-05-21Rated 5 out of 5 by pinkpajamas from Very Nice Pans! I went deep down the rabbit hole when selecting which nonstick pans to buy. In a culture of waste, why keep buying nonstick pans, tossing them when they stop working, and starting all over again? It doesn't make sense. These pans, hopefully, will last longer and behave for a number of years. So far, I love them. I use cast iron a lot but there are times when nonstick just works better.Date published: 2018-03-30Rated 5 out of 5 by greg22 from BEST EGG PAN EVER! There's no other pan that cooks eggs like GreenPan, and this one is no exception. With the bigger size I can do it all in one too - eggs, sausage....full breakfast ready to go with NO STICKING :-)Date published: 2018-03-01
I purchased the 8" pan about a year ago. I really love it and it cooks beautifully. Never a problem with sticking. I need to replace AllClad non stick fry pans. I am hesitant to purchase GreenPan due to unfavorable reviews. HELPHi Lilli, We would like to ask you a few questions in order to help answer your question/address your concerns. Please confirm which 8" pan you purchased about a year ago. Is this a GreenPan fry pan or an All-Clad one? Please also clarify what unfavorable GreenPan reviews you're referencing. Thank you!Date published: 2019-08-05
