- To protect the life of the cookware, use clarified butter or high smoke-point oils such as safflower, corn or refined olive oil.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays or extra virgin olive oil; a carbonized buildup will develop over time, causing foods to stick.
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F; lids are oven-safe to 390°F.
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

One set I gave to my daughter as a gift and she is happy. They have worked as advertised. The set I have, which is slightly different, - same brand, etc. - began sticking - I followed the directions - hand washed, no abrasives, never put in the dishwasher, etc. I went to the local store to get advice and was told to use sprays to keep it from sticking. "this just happens" - it's awful! The pans are now just like any iron skillet that's been aged - the only way I can cook without food sticking to the surfaces is to use cooking sprays or such. My husband and I wanted a high quality non-stick pan that would withstand an occasional "oops, I left the burner on." First we bought the Calphalon non-stick pan, which lasted only 4 months. We went to our Williams-Sonoma store and the sales associate recommended The Greenpan. It looked nice, felt nice, and was substantial. We brought it home and use it everyday for eggs, pancakes, crepes, scallops, salmon, burgers, steak, heating up breakfast meat. We have a Jenn-Air cooktop, and it hasn't scratched the glass like the Calphalon. You don't have to use high heat to cook your food. We cook on levels 3-5 out of 1-10. The instructions say not to use oil or butter, but I ALWAYS use a light spraying of PAM without any problems to the pan. I read another review that stated the food doesn't brown. We don't seem to have that problem. In fact, today I made crepes, and they were a lovely golden brown. Seriously, at 65, I'm tired of being in the kitchen all day! This pan is so easy to clean. I can't even believe I'm saying this, but I actually love to clean this pan because it so easy to wash, dry, and put away...hot water, a little Dawn, swish around with a paper towel, rinse, dries super fast, and away it goes until the next day. I wanted to buy the safest pan possible for my family last summer. I have used Calphalon almost exclusively for 20 some years. Today, I just purchased 3 new Calphalon Elite pans and am throwing the Green Pans away. The food sticks and never browns or caramelizes nicely. Clean up is impossible. You have to be very careful about what type of oil you use and the temperature at which you cook. There are multiple different models through various websites, however Williams Sonoma's is the visually more appealing for what I was looking for in my kitchen. The Grey Minerals Ceramic on stainless looks amazing. The handle feels comfortable and the 12 inch frying pan has a great weight. First use today fried bacon for BLT's and I was amazed there was no burnt char'd pieces stuck to the actual pan. My induction temp stayed between 3 & 5(med heat) setting. I did use canola oil just to thinly coat the interior of the pan. When done I let the pan completely cool down washing it using soap and water. I cleaned the actually interior of the pan in under 30 seconds.The pan looked exactly like it did prior to cooking with no residue stuck to the pan. It was a flawless cooking experience. I am very surprised to read the rest of the reviews as no one apparently had the same issue but I personally had the worst experience with these pans... maybe I got a defective set.
