Green bean casserole is an American holiday tradition, and our kit makes it easy to re-create this perennial favorite. It includes a savory mushroom blend and seasoning made with sweet cream buttermilk, porcini mushrooms, garlic, spices and crunchy onion bits. Simply add cream to the mushroom blend and seasoning, then bring to a boil to create a rich, flavorful sauce. Toss the sauce with freshly blanched green beans in a baking dish, top with the crispy onions and bake until bubbly and golden.
