With our premium mix, it's easy to bake rich, spicy homemade pumpkin bread that's 100% gluten-free. Based on the recipe for our best-selling bread mix, this custom blend starts with Chef Thomas Keller’s gluten-free Cup4Cup flour, which guarantees a deliciously moist texture and a light, tender crumb. For authentic fall flavor, we use flakes of real pumpkin, along with crunchy unsalted pecans and fragrant Korintje cinnamon. Prep is simple: Just add water, butter and eggs, then bake in a loaf pan. The quick bread emerges golden brown from the oven, ready to slice and serve warm with butter or jam. It’s so good, you’d never guess it’s gluten-free!

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

We didn't have high expectations but this bread tasted phenomenal. No one knew it was gluten-free and it was devoured really quickly. I'm hopeful the rest of the gluten-free items are just as yummy. Why does this say to bake in a 4x8 pan. I did and it bulged over the sides and was not quite done in the center.Hi LadyHenry, Our quick bread mixes are tested in 4x8 pans so we're confident that the issue you experienced was not a pan issue.
