Based on a vintage American recipe, our gingerbread mix makes it easy to bake a luscious gluten-free version of a holiday classic. Among its exceptional ingredients are the world's finest spices: aromatic Saigon cinnamon, nutmeg from Indonesia and spicy Madagascar cloves. Bits of crystallized ginger add a pungent sweetness to each bite. Enjoy the bread just out of the oven for a wonderful wintertime dessert.

- Gluten-free flour (cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum), dark brown sugar, molasses powder (refinery syrup and cane molasses), crystalized ginger, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), ginger, cinnamon, natural vanilla flavor, salt, cloves, nutmeg.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

It was the easiest mixes I've used - just add milk, eggs, and butter to the mix. I just mixed the batter by hand with a whisk for about 10 min and it worked well. My home smelled so good as the bread baked. I took the loaf for a holiday party and it gone in no time! I am certain I followed the instructions as printed on the bag. Once in the oven, first it swelled and overflowed, then it collapsed. Tastes delicious but unpresentable to company. Not to mention, I have a huge mess to clean in my oven. I bought this last year and had no problems at that time. Maybe they changed the formula?
