- Italian peeled tomatoes (tomatoes in tomato juice), heavy cream (cream contains less than .5% of carrageenan, mono and diglycerides, cellulose gum, polysorbate 80), onion, carrot, salted vodka (vodka, salt), extra-virgin olive oil, Parmesan cheese (Parmesan cheese [pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes], cornstarch, cellulose), celery, unsalted butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), garlic, salt, basil, black pepper, bay leaf.
- Contains milk. This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, fish, sesame, eggs, milk or milk products, soy, mustard.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

- Giada De Laurentiis Vodka Pasta Recipe
3 Tbs. kosher salt
1 lb. pasta
1 jar Giada De Laurentiis Vodka Pasta Sauce
Bring 3 quarts water to a boil over high heat. Add kosher salt. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; do not drain. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan over medium heat, warm pasta sauce. Using a slotted spoon, transfer cooked pasta to sauce. Stir to coat pasta with sauce.
Basic method: Divide pasta among bowls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Giada's method: Add 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan to pasta in saucepan and toss to coat. Stir in 1/2 cup pasta cooking water. Simmer, stirring often, until sauce thickens slightly and coats pasta, 3 to 4 minutes. Divide pasta among bowls and sprinkle with more grated Parmesan if desired.
Serves 4 to 6.

I opened this jar of pasta sauce and was truly surprised... at how utterly terrible it was. It took 3 hours, two trips to the deck to get fresh herbs, 6 dollars worth of Parmesan Reggiano, a sink stuffed with dirty dishes, imported plum tomatoes... need I say more? Come now, Giada, you're talented and gorgeous and wildly wealthy and famous, so I know you've tasted a decent Vodka Sauce SOMEWHERE over the years.
