- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500 degrees F.
- Each time you use this grill pan, apply a thin layer of oil to the cooking surface and preheat the pan slowly before adding food.
- Do not soak in water.
- Always hand wash your grill pan with hot water and a stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly (do not air dry) and apply a small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
- Store grill pan in a dry location.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

(I also ordered the new 8" fry pan w/o lid, as it is on sale now and good for single serving use). Aside from the beauty, any cast iron pan will give you the benefit of imparting iron, an essential nutrient, into your diet and they are considered the original non stick pan. There are much cheaper cast iron pans like Lodge, and I own them too. All will work fine but if you appreciate the masterpiece of these artfully forged pans, then treat your self to some Finex. If you can only afford one, then get the 12" skillet with the lid as it will be the most versatile piece. The 8" skillet will be handy too and great for small spaces but does not come with a lid. Cast iron pans are heavy and take up storage space, so be sure you can store them or only buy the most essential piece if you are lacking kitchen space.(Most essential being whatever one you will use the most). I LOVE the symmetry of the Double Handle Grill Pan. It is probably the most stunning piece in the collection and will turn out some beautiful grill marks on vegetables. All grill pans regardless of brand will be harder to clean because of the grooves. Baking soda with a little water to form a paste and a strong nylon brush will really help. Also don't be afraid of reseasoning the pan with a little high temperature plain cooking oil as recommended by the manufacturer. Any cast iron pan could become an heirloom, but these are a standout!!!Date published: 2017-12-03Rated 3 out of 5 by MangioItaliano from Cooks well, maintenance is hard This pan works very well to grill indoors. It is heavy cast iron so doesn't cool off when a steak or fish hits it. The pan produces excellent grill marks. Clean-up is problematic and is worse than the usual cast iron skillet maintenance because of the same raised ridges of the grill that makes it work--it's very hard to scrape out the bits of meat and grease without ruining the "seasoning" of the pan. Seems like every time I use it, I need to use steel wool to clean it and then I need to re-season it. Heats up well (420F), and leaves nice grill marks (we cooked chicken). I sprayed the pan with Pam high temp, but the food still stuck a bit. Probably will need to use and season it a bit more. After using other cast iron enameled grill pans I got this one. It is beautiful solid cast iron that can handle temperature changes without concerns of getting chipped from going from hot to cold. It has wider and deeper grill strips, very heavy, and plain beautiful. Compared to other grill pans it seared/grilled meat and vegetables much better. First experience with this pan was awesome. I grilled vegetables and was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful char marks. After looking for months for a cast iron pan I was drawn to the FINEX story and the artisan look of the pan. I anticipate owning the 12" with lid in the future.
