Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

I made several gluten free breads today. OUTSTANDING results. I’m a good cook but this cloche baker is terrific. I normally use Le Creuset and Staub pots to bake a GF Boule (Artisan bread) in, but this came out perfect, and yes when one cooks correctly GF bread tastes exactly like regular bread and will have the same texture when finished. Started around 9 am and had fresh bread for lunch. Bread had a crisp crust - and was soft on the inside - perfect! A word of warning - I used the recipe's weight settings and found that 500 g. of flour was a bit much. I used about 400g. (American bread flour) - and it was perfect. It's so lovely that it makes you want to use it. The ceramic bowl that comes with it is great to use as a rising/resting bowl. I have used if for Artisan bread at 450 degrees and a favorite honey wheat at 350 degrees with excellent success.
