For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

No-knead recipes with high hydration loaves don’t work so well - probably because the openings in the lid and the lack of a good seal between form and lid, don’t allow steam buildup. Fit and finish of the Baguette Baker are a bit disappointing compared to other Emile Henry products. I had to return the first one because the lid did not fit, it was sliding and wobbling and showed gaps between the form and the lid. The lid of the second baker still does not fit like on my other Emile Henry bakers, but it is usable, I think. The color looks different, compared to other Emile Henry bakers in the Williams Sonoma blue. It is more of a dull, dark blue and looks sprayed on, with some overspray and fingerprints on the inside of the lid. I just got it last night and even called the company to ask some details on proper use (they are wonderful people on phone). I made GF Baguettes today. OUTSTANDING results. I’m a good cook but this baguette baker is terrific. The GF baguettes came out perfect, and yes when one cooks correctly GF bread tastes exactly like regular bread and will have the same texture when finished. These two baguettes are from the same batch of dough, baked at the exact same time! The top baguette was made in the baguette baker, the bottom was on a regular pan. I even used a pan of water in the oven to provide steam for the pan loaf. The EH loaf is Magic! It’s soft inside with just a crisp shell. It’s French perfection. The french clay really conducts heat well. The baker is designed to provide the appropriate amount of humidity to produce a beautiful crisp crust. The loaves are smaller in size but it holds 3. My bread did not stick to the bottom, however, I used a thin coating of EVOO on the bottom and made sure I sprinkled it generously with flour. I have tried for years to make authentic baguettes that I had in France and to no avail. I am a skilled baker but somehow the baguette has eluded me and they are my husbands favorite. Emile Henry has always been a favorite so I was pleased to see they had some new items and purchased this bread pan. It works wonderfully! The only change I am going to make is to the actual recipe. The first attempt was a near disaster due to the bread sticking to the bake ware. A little research, oil and flour solved the problem.
