Re-create the delicious results of brick-oven baking with this Emile Henry baguette pan. Crafted in France, the ceramic baker absorbs and retains heat evenly while redistributing the steam produced by the dough as it cooks, releasing excessive moisture through holes in the lid. The individual loaves emerge with classic baguette texture: tender, moist interiors with a light crumb and chewy, evenly browned crusts.
- Crafted of Burgundian clay and finished with a vibrant hand-applied glaze that resists scratching and crazing.
- Designed for proofing and baking in one vessel.
- Turns out three 13" baguette loaves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Samster from Best Baugette Baker I love this baugette baker. It is well constructed and beautiful. The french clay really conducts heat well. The baker is designed to provide the appropriate amount of humidity to produce a beautiful crisp crust. The loaves are smaller in size but it holds 3. My bread did not stick to the bottom, however, I used a thin coating of EVOO on the bottom and made sure I sprinkled it generously with flour. I like the recipe book that comes with it.Date published: 2018-08-10Rated 5 out of 5 by Lauren from Best for Baguettes I just purchased this and have already made six baguettes and they were promptly devoured by my family. I have tried for years to make authentic baguettes that I had in France and to no avail. I am a skilled baker but somehow the baguette has eluded me and they are my husbands favorite. Emile Henry has always been a favorite so I was pleased to see they had some new items and purchased this bread pan. It works wonderfully! The only change I am going to make is to the actual recipe. I am going to try adding a little non-diastatic malt powder to really boost the flavor and make it more authentic.Date published: 2018-07-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Kates dad from Quality bakeware Quality bread This was a Christmas present for the family and the baker in the house. The first attempt was a near disaster due to the bread sticking to the bake ware. A little research, oil and flour solved the problem. Today's baguettes are beautiful and ready to soak up ravioli sauce.Date published: 2018-02-19Rated 5 out of 5 by 1OldBear from Another Fine Product from Emile Henry This is one remarkable product from one remarkable company. Combining the baguette baker with the cloche and my beloved KitchenAid ProMixer I may never buy bread again. It all makes baking bread so easy. The only drawback that the bread is so good I may be gain weight again!Date published: 2017-02-15Rated 5 out of 5 by Judyanne from Best Bread Ever It made the best bread I have made. It delivered a terrific crust - very crunchy. I am in the process of using the baker for a number of my different bread recipes.Date published: 2016-02-05Rated 5 out of 5 by krista2 from more bread please:) I gave this to my husband as a gift for Christmas (first thing on his wish list) He has the other bread maker from this family and makes awesome artisan breads with it. He loves it! We now have homemade baguettes as well :) He tells me it is so easy to make these breads that even I could do it--i'll leave the cooking and baking to the chef:) I am the designaled clean up person in this family and this product requires almost none. It also looks great on the side counter and doesn'the need to be hidden away:)Date published: 2015-01-07Rated 4 out of 5 by Zanzie from Good, but too restrictive I got this after getting the bread cloche. I like it and it makes decent-enough baguettes, but if you don't shape them exactly right they end up kind of curved because they expand beyond the indentations. I don't feel like this gives me enough flexibility in terms of what I want to bake - I think I would have preferred a cloche without the indentations - just a large rectangular one would have been great.Date published: 2014-12-07
