  • All-American Meatloaf: Meatloaf: Locally sourced beef and Andouille sausage, egg, and vegetables—bound with herbed breadcrumbs—and smothered with ketchup. 2 lb. 1 oz.
  • Zuni Stew: A Southwestern mixture of roasted butternut squash, corn, Blue Lake beans and tomato, in a thick, spicy sauce, coated with locally sourced cheese.
  • Swedish Meatballs with Spaetzle: Handmade meatballs of ground beef, turkey and pork in a lightly tangy beef gravy atop a bed of pillowy spaetzle topped with fresh chopped herbs.

Month 2, delivered December 10–20, 2019

  • Lasagna Marinara: Bright, tangy marinara sauce made from fresh, locally grown tomatoes is layered between tender lasagna noodles and soft herbed cheese, and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cassoulet: Chunks of chicken and pork slow-simmered with white beans, carrots, bacon and pork sausage in a luxurious sauce with notes of white wine, bay leaf and fresh thyme.
  • Chicken Enchilada Verde: Tender chicken breasts smothered in a bright salsa verde with cilantro and cumin, sprinkled with a layer of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

Month 3, delivered January 7–17, 2020

  • Ultimate Macaroni & Cheese: Fusilli con Buco pasta enrobed in a cheddar cheese sauce with chunks of hardwood-smoked bacon and sliced caramelized onion, topped with panko breadcrumbs and fresh parsley.
  • Polenta Dolcetta: Bob's Red Mill Polenta mixed with pungent Gorgonzola dolce, then layered with a pleasantly spicy tomato sauce and gooey Fontina cheese.
  • Beef Pot Pie: Large, tender chunks of beef and vegetables in a hearty beef gravy sauce topped by a golden, flaky pastry shell.
Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

  • The entrées ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated in transit. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store in the freezer, where the entrées will keep up to 60 days, or place in the refrigerator for use within 4 days.

Preparation

  • If frozen, thaw unopened containers in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  • Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove lid, cover with foil and cook for 40 minutes. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes of cook time. Prior to serving, allow the entrée to rest for 5–10 minutes.
  • Microwave oven: Remove lid and cook on High for 5 minutes. Rotate the tray 90 degrees, and cook again on High, for an additional 3–5 minutes. If a carousel microwave is being used, rotating is not necessary. Simply check the item around the 4-minute mark.
  • Please note: While the item can be prepared in the microwave, it will affect the texture of the dish and will increase the rate of oil and dairy fat separation.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).
