This Easter, let us cook and deliver a delicious feast right to your door. Our spring dinner includes a traditional bourbon-glazed ham and made-from-scratch seasonal sides. We curated our special holiday menu to combine homemade flavors with the ultimate convenience, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with loved ones.

• Bourbon-Glazed Smoked Ham: Our tender, juicy, pre-sliced, bone-in ham gets its irresistible flavor from traditional smoking techniques and a sweet glaze made with bourbon, brown sugar and pecans. (7–9-lb. ham; 8-oz. glaze; 18 servings)
• Scalloped Potatoes: Sliced Yukon Gold potatoes are layered with a rich, creamy Parmesan bechamel sauce, highlighted by savory notes of onion and garlic. (2 lb.; 5 servings)
• Roasted Rainbow Carrots: Colorful whole carrots are roasted in a vibrant lemon-herb sauce with aromatic thyme, rosemary and oregano. (1 lb. 8 oz.; 4 servings)
• Green Bean Almondine: Enjoy a classic combination of fresh green beans, toasted almonds, creamery butter and a dash of black pepper. (1 lb. 14 oz.; 5 servings)
• Maple Squash Au Gratin: The rich natural sweetness of diced butternut squash is highlighted by maple syrup, premium pecans and a crunchy streusel topping. (2 lb.; 5 servings)

Receiving Instructions

• Components ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove components from shipping container.
• Store unopened ham in refrigerator for up to 7 days or in freezer for up to 12 months.
• Store unopened side dishes in freezer for up to 12 months.

Bourbon-Glazed Smoked Ham

Thawing Instructions

• Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.
• For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing ham once it has thawed.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 250°F. Remove plastic wrap from ham and place in large, deep roasting pan. Cook for 55–65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 155°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Remove ham from oven, then brush or pour glaze over top. Cook for additional 10–15 minutes to allow glaze to caramelize. Remove ham from oven and place on carving board. Let rest for 4–6 minutes before serving.

Scalloped Potatoes

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover tray with foil and place tray on baking sheet. Cook for 80–85 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 4–6 minutes before serving.

Roasted Rainbow Carrots

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray, cover tray with foil and place tray on baking sheet. Cook for 60–65 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 4–6 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Almondine

Preparation Instructions

• Keep frozen until ready to cook.
• Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover tray with foil and cook on center rack for 60–70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Remove foil from tray and serve.

Maple Squash Au Gratin

Thawing Instructions

• Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Preparation Instructions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and place tray on baking sheet. Cook uncovered for 55–60 minutes or until temperature reaches a minimum of 145°F as measured by an instant-read thermometer. Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.

• Bourbon-Glazed Smoked Ham: Bone-in ham (ham, water, natural hardwood smoke), pecans, brown sugar, contains 2% or less of: apple juice, bourbon whiskey, ground mustard seed, molasses.
• Scalloped Potatoes: Yukon Gold potatoes, 2% milk (Grade-A reduced-fat milk, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3), heavy whipping cream, Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, powdered cellulose [anti-caking agent]), unsalted butter, contains 2% or less of: black pepper, enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), granulated garlic, onion powder, salt.
• Roasted Rainbow Carrots: Carrots, canola oil, lemon juice, contains 2% or less of: black pepper, cornstarch, dried oregano, dried parsley, dried rosemary, dried thyme, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt.
• Green Bean Almondine: Green beans, almonds, unsalted butter, contains 2% or less of: black pepper, granulated garlic, salt.
• Maple Squash Au Gratin: Butternut squash, brown sugar, canola oil, apple juice, maple syrup, pecans, contains 2% or less of: cornstarch, enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, unsalted butter, water.
