Rated 4 out of 5 by Carl from Decent for Teflon free We have a bird in the house and they are very sensitive to chemicals so my wife bought this pan as a safer alternative to traditional nonstick. We’ve had several other “eco” and ceramic coated pans and this ones lasted the longest so far. My biggest complaint is that stuff still sticks and stains only come out with baking soda. I was worried using it at first but a year later the finish is fine and just as nonstick as the day I got it, which again isn’t perfect but also a step above stainless. It’s still my only pan from this line largely because I’m holiding out for that elusive perfectly nonstick yet bird safe pan.Date published: 2018-12-16Rated 1 out of 5 by waterw from Great conductivity, too heat sensitive I was a big fan of this pan until I cooked something at med-high and ruined the pan. I know that non-sticks are heat sensitive, but losing the non-stick coating at med-high was surprising. It conducts heat very well and I have a number of other Demeyer pots and pans. This was a disappointment.Date published: 2018-12-10
This 11" non-stick fry pan doesn't come with a lid. Sometime, a lid is needed in cooking. I see the lid from 4-qt Demeyere Atlantis Stainless-Steel Sauté Pan is about 11". Will the lid from the 4-qt pan matche this non-stick fry pan?Hi Isabel, Unfortunately, the lid from the Demeyere Atlantis Stainless-Steel 4-Qt. Saute Pan will not fit the 11" Nonstick Fry Pan.Date published: 2018-11-26
