Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by EMH63 from Great while it lasts. I bought this coffee machine in February 2018. It made a great cup of coffee until it started to leak around the ports filter. I sent it to Philadelphia for a repair as requested, paid for shipping and in 2 weeks it was returned and working. However, in less than a month it completely lost the pressure and stopped making espresso altogether. De’Longhi customer service asked me to unscrew the back of the machine and clean “possible” obstruction by accumulated coffee grounds and if it didn’t resolve the problem, send it to the service center again. Needless to say, I will never purchase any of their products anymore. If it can’t last more than few months and needs repair every few weeks with light use (2 cups of espresso 3x a week), it is definitely not worth spending the money on. Didn’t want to buy one that was overly expensive right away incase I decided I wasn’t really into the whole coffee thing. Decided on this model because of its sleek design and easy to use features, plus I could use Illy coffee with it rather than pods. It worked great for the first two weeks!!! However, now it only works about every 4th day and the milk frother no longer froths. Took it to my local WS store to exchange for a nicer, more expensive machine. However, because it has been 5 days past the 30 day mark of when I bought it they won’t deal with it. So now I have to call DeLohnghi to figure it out!!! I bought this machine 1.5 years ago because I liked the design and the fact that it doesn't use those plastic pop ins (that's just so weird to me). The espresso maker works great and I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. We use it daily and because my boyfriend works from home and has a coffee addiction, it's used maybe 4-5 times a day. We are really good about keeping it clean and using the decalcifier as soon as the orange light goes on. It took a a few tries to learn how to use the machine, but that was expected. Now we are pros. It's super easy to work and maintain. Machine stopped working. I had to pay to send it to a repair place. They had it for 10 weeks and sent it back with the same issue, still not functional. DeLonghi then sent me a refurbished replacement and that one stopped working (incidentally almost same issue - The on/off switch stops functioning or gets stuck inside the machine). I’m now waiting to see if they will replace it again with a new one. My warranty runs out in a month and if I send another one in to repair, the warranty will be up when it gets sent back to me not working. We have had our DeLonghi Dedica for over three years and have been very happy with it's performance. It isn't fancy, but it makes perfectly wonderful espresso and froths milk. My husband did do a minor repair to it this winter, but that was after 2 1/2 years of daily use. It is a great size, taking up minimal counter space and is unobtrusive in it's appearance. Only successfully made 6 cups out of 3 times that many attempts in the last 24 hours. Those cups were good, but cold by the time we could enjoy them due to the inconsistency in operation. Disappointed in quality at this price point. After 10+ years of daily use, my KA Pro died and I needed a machine that could fit in my new house with very little counter space. After a bit of searching, I found this machine. It heats very quickly, easy to use, and has a tiny countertop footprint. It's a solid machine, and looks very nice in teh kitchen - no need to hide it in a cabinet. The espresso is very good. The only issue that I have had is that it has taken me a lot of practice to get the foaming wand to make small, smooth foam. My first tempts created large unweildly bubbles.Date published: 2017-11-28
