Use

• Place on dry, level, heat-resistant surface.
• Before first use, wipe cooking surfaces clean with damp cloth or sponge.
• For best results, use small amount of cooking oil spray on cooking surfaces before each use.
• Preheat until heating indicator light turns off.
• Before pouring in batter, add removal tool to base of machine, then fill until approx. 3/4 full.
• Average cooking time is 9–11 minutes. Cooking times vary depending on recipe. Insert toothpick into cake to check for doneness. It should come out clean.
• Remove cake by lifting removal tool. Handle with care as sides may still be hot. Do not use metal utensils to separate cake from removal tool as this will damage nonstick surface. Use wood or silicone spatula if needed.
• Never touch cooking surface or cover while appliance is in use.
• Always use handle to lift and lower cover. Lift from the side to avoid placing arm over hot cooking surface.
• Do not leave appliance unattended.

Care

• Before cleaning, unplug machine and allow it to cool.
• Clean interior and exterior surfaces with damp cloth or sponge.
• Wipe dry with soft cloth.
• Never immerse machine or cord in water or any other liquid.
• To remove food residue on cooking surfaces, pour small amount of cooking oil onto residue. After 5 minutes, wipe clean with paper towel or dry cloth. Use clean kitchen brush or toothbrush to remove stubborn food residue.
• Never use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may damage surfaces.
• Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
• Do not wrap cord tightly around appliance; keep it loosely coiled.
• Store appliance in its box or in clean, dry place.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
