The ultimate gluten-free pizza crusts begin with this premium mix, custom-blended using Chef Thomas Keller’s signature Cup4Cup flour. It's very easy to prepare – just blend with water, an egg and olive oil, then shape into a foundation for a thin-crust, New York-style pizza or a hearty Chicago deep-dish pie. Any way you bake it, you’ll have a crisp, golden crust that's so flavorful, you won't believe it's gluten-free.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Its fast and easy, and delicious. I bought the WS pizza spices and sprinkle some on it before baking, even better. We each fix our own pizza, he likes a meaty pizza, I like veggie, we use WS sauce or I make my own and some fresh grated cheese and its a wonderful meal. Its fun to make too. Love it. I'm a recent addition to the gluten free world and it has not been easy. Products like this are making it easier! I have made homemade pizza for 30 years and always added Parmesan chez to the dough, so I did this time too. I used a pizza stone but didn't cook the dough first.... forgot! I covered it with sauce and toppings and it came out of the oven looking beautiful. Of course, taste is the important factor. My husband, who does not need to be GF, said it was the best pizza he had eaten since we were at Bella's in Old Town SanDiego! And Bella's was not GF! The only bad part was that we saved half for the next day and GF dough is not as good reheated. Next time we eat it all at once!
