Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

For all cutlery returns (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners and knife storage), please contact us at 888.922.4108 to initiate the return.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Just got it for my birthday, The thermometer doesn't work, and once its together you can't remove the water bowl when you're finished to clean it with out turning it vertically to get around the lower shelf brackets (which are riveted into place). This results in dumping the water onto the hot coals, or waiting for it too cool, and then dumping it into the ashes making a real mess.

Nice design & wasn't too difficult to put together, took about 20 minutes Love the way the charcoal adds a great flavor to the meat.Even though this is a charcoal smoker, you still have ability to be able to put wood chips along with it too, which is great.You can use it as a grill, as a smoker, with charcoal, with wood chips, you can add apple cider to the water bowl for added flavor. We have cooked everything from burgers, fish and steaks to brisket on this smoker. the size is great for our smaller sized patio, and we love using it while entertaining our guests. It makes everything so much easier, that it's vertical and we can take it along to the beach, camping & outdoor parties, We foresee using it many summer weekends to come! I've always wanted a smoker but was intimidated by the idea of needing to stay engaged during the process. This is definitely fool proof, but something an outdoor griller would be able to understand. Assembly wasn't the easiest, but just keep in mind that it'll be worth it in the end. I love that this is a vertical smoker, as even though it's pretty big it definitely takes up less space than it would if it were wider. Heat control and heat retention are 2 of my favorite parts of this smoker, it makes it easy to have perfectly smoked meat results.. ahh the brisket I smoked last weekend was just unbelievably good.     Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for beginner smokers I received this 2 weeks ago and couldn't wait to start using it! I was a little slow in putting it together partly because I'm not super handy and partly there were a lot of parts to put together. I did think the packaging was very organized and I like the way they packaged all the bolts, nuts and washers in one package an labeled all of them accordingly. It took me roughly 90 minutes to get it completely built. Afterwards I wanted to start cooking a brisket I found it a little hard to control the temp it takes a little more effort to use this than my main smoker which is also charcoal but its a hanging method and the heat is maintained at 275 degrees. I think for the experience smoker you are going to want something more heavy duty this is great for a novice smoker that isn't going to make a lot of food at one time.
