For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

  • Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks I love the dual function and the coffee tastes great, but started leaking after 5 months of use, I cant risk it ruining my cabinets. It is covered under Cuisinarts warranty for an exchange if I pay $10(lame), but after reading several other reviews with the same issue, I can not risk this coffee maker ruining my cabinets by leaking all over.

Bought this a couple of months ago, but, waiting for my old coffee maker to bite the dust, actually only started using this about three weeks ago. So far, I love it - no leaks...I make sure the kcup water trough is settled in the hole and hooked to the top at the back, using the convenient handle nestled in the top of the trough. I had an issue my 2nd try with kcup grounds getting in my cup and machine, but found it was all my fault as I wasn't pushing down enough on the kcup itself to make it FLUSH with the kcup holder, flat in, which allows the needle at the bottom to puncture the kcup (no more spilling grounds because of overfill. I've never had a kcup before, so just learning....Now I have positively no issues. It is awesome!

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful Machine.... but Love the look! Love the coffee, both in the carafe and K-Cup. Usedi it everyday, multiple K-cups per day. And then a pool of water appeared on my countertop! I thought I had missed when filling the machine. Cleaned it up, tried again.... leaked again, and again.. from both carafe side and K-Cup side. Tried cleaning the machine with vinegar. No difference. Very sad. Pretty expensive for something that didn’t last a year. Went back to using my 5 year old Keurig without a carafe.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks The K Cup holder leaks and you end up with more grounds in your coffee cup than the K Cup. It did not matter which way the holder was placed in the machine. Also, the water reservoir for the K. Cup side leaks onto your counter. It is almost as if they forgot an O-Ring seal at the connection point.

We had some issues with the k-cup side initially with grounds leaking out but realized that the k-cup holder will go in 2-ways but their is only one correct way (arrow-to-arrow), been working fine for 3 weeks now. A little splatter from the k-cup side but no more than our previous k-cup machine. Definitely an upgrade in coffee quality over our previous Capresso machine, it brews a little slower but the carafe also keeps coffee hotter much longer.

It works amazing with all cups and is easy to use. There is a bit of splatter on the the thermos but I just remove when using pods. The coffee brewer makes amazing coffee and while this is not a grind and brew it does make delicious coffee!

  • How to make the red clean light go out after cleaning

    Press and hold the CLEAN button. When the CLEAN LED indicator flashes, the coffeemaker is in Clean mode. Release the button. When the cycle is completed, 5 beeps will sound and the coffeemaker will shut off. If the CLEAN indicator illuminates once more, repeat the cleaning procedure with a fresh solution of vinegar and water. NOTE: One cleaning cycle is usually sufficient. 5. When the CLEAN indicator remains off, run one cycle with a full reservoir of fresh, cold water to rinse the unit.
