Use & Care


  • Replace water filter every 60 days.


  • Wipe housing clean with a damp cloth.
  • Capsule holder and funnel are top-shelf dishwasher safe.
  • For optimal performance, de-scale brewer every 3 to 6 months. When all the lights flash in sequence upon turning unit on, this indicates the need to de-scale.

Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great, but... This was to replace a previous Cuisinart Keurig machine which I loved for years. Unfortunately this model doesn’t come close in quality and features. On its own it is good, but Cuisinart has me spoiled and the bar is high. The good: looks attractive on the counter, has 3 cup size options, auto shutoff in dormancy, and no waiting to use immediately after turning on. The bad: coffee temp is not adjustable and the one level is not nearly hot enough; the reservoir is way too small - I have to fill it constantly and there are only 2 people using it; the reservoir is very inconveniently located on the back and is so narrow that spillage occurs almost every time I fill it.

I live alone and not a heavy coffee drinker- so it gets minimal use. The machine leaks all over the counter top. In trying to obtain warranty service from Cuisinart, I am learning that this is a common problem with this machine. Very disappointed.

W-S service was great about getting the unit picked up and having a new one overnighted to me. The second one did the same thing, power on, lights good but no coffee. Again W-S service was excellent, taking the unit back quickly and conveniently. Williams-Sonoma gets and A+, the coffee maker an F.

We like our coffee very hot, and this brews at the perfect temperature for us. Glad we got it! We've already bought another for our daughter.

  • Trying to order this in white, but there seems to be no option. Pictures show it in white or stainless steal.

    Hi Linda - We only offer this product in Stainless-Steel. The lighting in the first image just makes it look sorta white, but it's the steel color. Thanks!

    My brand new Cuisinart single serve is great except the water reservoir keeps leaking through the hole that provides water to the machine to brew. How do I get it to stop leaking?
