Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by mnels from Do not purchase this model I purchased this model a couple of years ago. The motor broke a year ago. I sent it to Cuisinart to fix at my cost. The motor has again stopped working. Cuisinart does not stand behind this product. You have to pay to ship it, ship it without knowing what the cost of repair is, and pay to have it fixed with no repair warranty - meaning when it breaks again less than a year later it is again at your expense. Very disappointed in Cuisinart and Williams Sonoma for continuing to carry such a poor product.Date published: 2018-12-27Rated 3 out of 5 by MCOB from A beast with some real design flaws This thing is a beast and will plow through anything you can throw at it. However, after 9 years the seal on the cover shrank and became hard to click into place. It also started leaking at the seal, creating a real mess if you have a lot of liquid to process. Next, the pin on the "large Pusher'" assembly cracked and broke off. The unit is designed to work only when the pin is pushed down. The pin design is a flaw and will eventually weaken causing you to purchase a whole new large pusher. Handle mechanism finally broke in a way I don’t think I can fix. I am an occasional user. I don’t mind chunks falling into the finger holes or pieces stuck in the edge. I’m willing to throw away a little bit of carrot if I don’t want to chop it. Big woop. I can understand how some people would get upset. My problem is that the whole thing stopped working unless I pushed the big pusher all the way down. We’ll that eliminates the ability to slice or shred anything big. The rep at Cuisinart said it was designed to require the big pusher to have to be all the way down. What a dope. Sent me two emails telling me that. In the end I discovered the problem. There is a little metal pin that drops down when the big pusher is inserted. This connects to a few other mechanisms to push in the switch just beneath the handle below the bowl. (I could push that switch in with a butter knife and tell the motor still functioned properly.). The problem is in the hole at the top of the pusher chute where the metal rod inserts. The mechanism inside doesn’t reset. If I pull the spring loaded prong (at the bottom) enough times, it will reset but it doesn’t last more than one or two insertions of the large pusher. The solution is to buy a new work bowl cover. $75 with shipping. Isn’t that just grand? I can buy a new food processor for that amount, and basically Cuisinart requires that it’s entire profit margin be received for a single replacement part. Im not saying that Cuisinart doesn’t make the best machine out there. I have enjoyed owning this one. The adjustable blade and nesting bowls have been a nice feature. It’s all nicer looking that the Kitchenaid I replaced it with. I purchased this in September of 2017 and since then have used it about twice a week. After reading through the reviews I felt I had to put my two cents in and balance some of the negative statements. First off, cleaning. I have the 2.0 version (the one being sold currently as I write this) and cleaning is a breeze. Everything goes in the dishwasher and comes out perfect. I remove the rubber seal (very easy to take out and put back) and it all goes into the dishwasher with barely a rinsing. No problems with anything stuck in any crevice. Second, William-Sonoma Special. Yes, this is a unique Cuisinart and does not work with other Cuisinart parts. That could be an issue but the set of blades and slicers is very sufficient for almost any need. And it comes with a lockable box to keep everything in. Finally, weight and storage. Yes, it is heavier but no mater how much I put into the appliance it does not budge when running. Yes, it is tall and doesn't fit in any of my cabinets either. It could go in the pantry but I like keeping it on the kitchen counter for easy access. So, all in all not only would I buy it again, I've given them to friends for birthdays, weddings etc. and they all tell me they also love it. I quickly realized that it could replace any weight lifting program, but as long as it worked as well as it cost, I was good with it. Within months it has stopped working. Williams Sonoma was wonderful about replacing it without question. Unfortunately, after a couple of years of very limited use, the second one stopped working as well. We simply threw it away (and that kind of broke my heart as it had a ton of accessories, but they were no good without the actual processor.) In fairness, all other Cuisinart products we've owned have been top notch. In fact, we now have the Cuisinart 11 cup processor. Such a disappointment!! It doesn't chop the food as good. The bowl cracked after the 3 rd or 4th use. Food gets stuck in the lid. I love to shred my own cheese and it has been a pain to clean. I now wish I would've paid the different and got the Breville 16 cup model. It is difficult to stack the bowls and adjust the lid to allow the machine to run, the disc blades are not precise and leave food chunks resting on top of the blades, and the top leaks liquids and is hard to clean. Their are no accessories or support available for the machine and WS does not back the product. If you just want to use the big bowl and the in bowl blades it is fine for chopping and dough making, but for other food prep many other processor models from Cuisinart and other manufacturers work much better for less money and frustration.Date published: 2017-12-06
