Spice up your Thanksgiving feast with our cranberry chutney. Our recipe calls for America's finest fresh whole fresh cranberries, gently cooked until they just begin to release their natural juices. Port wine, a pinch of sugar and a dash of fragrant black pepper complement the bright, tangy taste of the berries in this small-batch chutney. Its vibrant, savory-sweet flavor is the perfect complement to your roasted or grilled turkey.

- Use & Care
- The chutney is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the chutney in the freezer, where it will keep for up to 3 months.
- Thaw the cranberry sauce in the refrigerator overnight. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

I wasn't expecting Port wine or the peppery "finish", but it was quite tasty. Will be back for more next year.
