Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage, and it's grown to include more Southern specialties, including exceptionally smoked meats like the honey-glazed ham in our complete dinner. It also includes an array of the Howell family's favorite Southern sides, all ready to heat and serve. The feast includes:

    Spiral-Cut Half Honey-Glazed Ham: Slow-smoked over hickory chips for 24 hours, glazed with Howell's signature honey-spice blend and fire torched to a perfect finish. It's spiral cut for easy serving – and sandwich-making later.

    Cornbread Dressing: Prepared with tender, fluffy cornbread and seasoned with onion, garlic, celery seed and spices.

    Spinach Madeleine: A rich and creamy Southern favorite, made with spinach, Velveeta cheese, pickled jalapeños, spices and Worcestershire sauce.

    Potatoes Au Gratin: This Southern take on tradition is made with shredded potatoes and a decadent sauce of butter, cream and Swiss and Parmesan cheeses.

    Carrot Soufflé: A savory-sweet casserole featuring shredded carrots baked with eggs, butter, vanilla and cinnamon.

    Sundried Tomato Basil Torte: Perfect with crackers or fresh bread, this festive appetizer features layers of cream cheese, basil pesto and sundried tomato, topped with pine nuts.
