Prime Rib:

  • Generously marbled and easy to prepare, this prime rib is hand selected and has the perfect combination of flavor and tenderness. 7 lb. 8 oz.

Butter-Chive Mashed Potatoes:

  • Creamy mashed Yukon Gold potatoes folded with rich butter and fresh chives. 3 lb. 12 oz. (two trays; each serves 4–6)

Traditional Green Bean Casserole:

  • Fresh green beans in a creamy, sauce made with Gruyère cheese. 8 oz. (two trays; each serves 4–6)

Creamed Spinach & Kale:

  • Fresh spinach and kale in a creamy sauce with Asiago, Gruyère and Parmesan cheeses, with a crunchy Parmesan-panko topping. 3 lb. 14 oz. (two trays; each serves 4–6)

Ultimate Macaroni & Cheese:

  • Fusilli pasta, smoked bacon and caramelized onions in a creamy Tillamook cheddar cheese sauce, topped with panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan. 4 lb. (two trays; each tray serves 4–6)

Use & Care

Receiving Instructions:

  • The prime rib, sides and pie are shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
  • The prime rib may arrive partially thawed. This is to be expected and does not impact the safety of the product. Upon receipt, refrigerate the prime rib or freeze to enjoy at a later date. It will keep, unopened, up to 5 days refrigerated, or up to 3 months frozen. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing the prime rib after it has been thawed.
  • Place the sides in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 3 months.
  • Place the pie in the freezer, where it will keep for up to 3 months.

Serving Instructions:

Prime Rib

  • Remove the rib roast from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 24–48 hours. Place on a sheet pan, leaving space between roast for air circulation while defrosting. It is normal for natural juices to accumulate.
  • Once completely thawed, season prime rib as desired. Position rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 450°F. Place the thawed meat, fat side up, on a rack in a large roasting pan. Transfer to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue roasting until an instant-read thermometer, inserted into the center of the meat, registers around 120°F for a very rare roast – for a 7 lb. 8 oz. prime rib about 60–75 minutes. Let rest 15–20 minutes before carving.

Butter Chive Mashed Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and place oven-safe tray directly onto lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes or until heated through.

Traditional Green Bean Casserole

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove the plastic wrap and the package of fried shallots from the frozen casserole; set the shallots aside. Place the container on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake until the casserole is golden brown, bubbling at the edges and hot in the center, 45–50 minutes. During the last 2 minutes of baking, remove the foil and scatter the shallots over the top. Let stand for 5­–10 minutes before serving.

Creamed Spinach & Kale

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F. Remove casserole from packaging and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden brown and heated through. Check two-thirds of the way through cooking for doneness and adjust time accordingly.
  • Conventional Oven: If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat a conventional oven to 375°F. Remove lids from trays and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Microwave Oven: Remove lids from trays, then cook on High for 5 minutes. Rotate the tray 90 degrees, and cook again on High, for an additional 3–5 minutes. If using a carousel microwave, follow the same timing without rotating the tray, checking the mac-and-cheese around the 4-minute mark. (Please note: Although the casserole can be prepared in the microwave, this preparation can affect the texture of the pasta and increase the rate of oil and dairy fat separation.)
  • Please note: For all preparation methods, let the baked casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Ultimate Macaroni Cheese

  • Conventional Oven: If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat a conventional oven to 375°F. Remove lids from trays and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Microwave Oven: Remove lids from trays, then cook on High for 5 minutes. Rotate the tray 90 degrees, and cook again on High, for an additional 3–5 minutes. If using a carousel microwave, follow the same timing without rotating the tray, checking the mac and cheese around the 4-minute mark. (Please note: Although the casserole can be prepared in the microwave, this preparation can affect the texture of the pasta and increase the rate of oil and dairy fat separation.)
  • Please note: For all preparation methods, let the baked casserole rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Pecan Pie

  • Remove from freezer and place on countertop 4–5 hours. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days.

  • French green beans, mushrooms, whole milk, Gruyère cheese (part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), yellow onion, unsalted butter (cream), flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), mushroom base (mushrooms, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup solids, sugar, dried onion, dried garlic, soy flour, cultured whey [milk], natural flavors, corn oil, xanthan gum, disodium isonate, disodium guanylate), cornstarch, salt, black pepper, thyme.

Creamed Spinach & Kale:

  • Half-and-half (milk, cream), kale, spinach, unsalted butter (cream), yellow onion, rice flour, Asiago cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Gruyère cheese (part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Mozzarella cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, rennet, kanamycin), Panko breadcrumbs (wheat flour, dextrose, salt, yeast), salt, nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper.

Ultimate Macaroni & Cheese:

  • Cheese Sauce: Cheddar cheese, heavy cream (40%), salted butter, whole milk, flour (wheat flour, ascorbic acid, enzyme added for improved baking, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Dijon mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, white wine, fruit pectin, citric acid, tartaric acid, sugar, spice), Pickapeppa sauce (cane vinegar, sugar, tomatoes, onions, raisins, sea salt, ginger, peppers, garlic, cloves, black pepper, thyme, mangoes, orange peel), Tabasco pepper sauce (tabasco peppers, vinegar, salt), kosher salt, fresh ground pepper.
  • Caramelized Onions: White onion, salted butter. Bacon: Hardwood-smoked bacon (pork cured with water, salt, sodium phosphate, honey, sodium erythorbate, flavoring, sodium nitrite).
  • Breadcrumb Topping: Panko breadcrumbs (bleached wheat flour, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, dextrose, salt, dried yeast), parmesan cheese, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Pasta: Fusilli con Buco pasta (100% durum wheat semolina, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid).

Pecan Pie:

  • Corn syrup, eggs, granulated sugar, unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), pecans, soy oil, butter (cream, milk), salt, water, pure vanilla, vinegar, salt.
