Next Day Delivery

For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Return Policy

At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

For all cutlery returns (knife sets, single knives, cutting boards, knife sharpeners, and knife storage) please contact us at 888.922.4108 to initiate the return.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Made to Order and Final Sale Furniture items are non-returnable, and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

The taste, appearance, quantity, and texture have all been altered. They aren’t “bad,” but they aren’t the same magic I look forward too all year. Please bring them back, Williams Sonoma!

After seeing it this year at a friend's house, I understand all the disappointment. Why would you destroy such a great item??? Will not be sending these again and will be much more careful about items I purchase here in the future.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from SO. DISAPPOINTED. My family has been buying this product for years. My mom has always had them at her house and when I got married I started buying them for my own house. They were such a good little candy to have at Christmas along with looking festive. I am disappointed in the change this year. They are a significant smaller quantity for the same price as the bigger jar was the last several years. Based on the other reviews about the taste and lack of chocolate in the center I will be returning what I bought today and my mom will not be buying any at all this year. I would love to see a return of the past product. Sad to not have any this year in my home.

I’ve been ordering these for several years for myself as well to gift to family and friends. The price point was a little more than last year and the quality of the candy not the same. I won’t be purchasing these again unless the product is offered like past years. I still had a jar left from last year

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY UNHAPPY!!! Have been buying four to give as gifts for years. When they changed packaging to a screw-top from the Mason Jar-like closure, I just accepted it. But when I took out this year's jar, it was so small! I immediately went to last year's saved jar. It was 1lb. 13oz. this year's is just 14 oz.!!! And not even a negligible reduction in price. Feel like I've been had. Will be finding new gifts next year!

So sorry I bought 2 this year. Past was 1pound 13 ounces. THIS YEAR NOT EVEN A POUND!!! And at the same price as last year. Glad I didn't send as a gift again - would have been embsrassed.

However, I wish I had seen the reviews before I purchased. The size of the jar is considerably smaller than last year, and the mints have hardly any chocolate in them, I could not even taste it - all peppermint. So very disappointed.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I just received my new peppermint snaps, I wait all year for them! I bought 4 jars because I didn’t want to run out! What a disappointment, not only is there less product , the quality is completely lacking . The outer candy shell is rough, little chocolate on the inside and the overall taste is quite off putting . Please bring back the old recipe, I’ve never written a review before but this experience warranted it!!!!
