Our Farmhouse collection showcases four extraordinary cow's milk cheeses from Vermont's finest local dairy farms. Each is handcrafted by farmstead cheesemakers, then aged with care by the Cellars at Jasper Hill, an artisan cheese partnership in Greensboro that creates sustainable business opportunities for local dairy farmers.

• Harbison: Awarded Best American Cheese at the World Cheese Awards in 2015, this spoonable, soft-ripened cheese is woodsy and sweet, balanced with lemon, mustard and vegetal flavors. Arrives cinched with a strip of local spruce cadmium bark (9 oz.).
• Little Hosmer: Beneath its thin, bloomy rind lies a gooey, creamy core with notes of cauliflower, mushroom and toasted nuts, qualities that have earned this award-winning cheese a cult following (4 oz.).
• Alpha Tolman: An ideal choice for fans of Appenzeller, fondue or raclette, this creamy, velvety cheese is made from the milk of a single herd of cows at Jasper Hill's nearby Andersonville Farm (6 oz.).
• Jan's Farmhouse Crisps: Thin and crunchy, and packed with cranberries and pistachios, these sofi Award–winning crackers are the perfect complement to the cheeses (4 oz.).

Receiving Instructions

• The cheeses ships chilled with ice packs. Refrigerate the cheese upon receipt. Store in a vegetable bin or container away from the refrigerator fan. Rewrap leftover cheese in parchment or waxed paper. Plastic wrap is not recommended. We recommend consuming the cheese within 2 weeks of receipt.
• Store the Crisps at room temperature where they will keep up to 9 months, unopened, or up to two days after opening.

Serving Instructions

• To experience each cheese's full flavor, serve at room temperature.

• Cheeses: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, cultures, rennet.
• Jan's Farmhouse Crisps: Wheat flour (unbromated enriched wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), honey, buttermilk solids (whey solids, buttermilk powder), dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, expeller pressed sunflower oil), brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseed, pistachios, baking soda, salt, rosemary.
