- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Same exact thing here, I noticed the difference right away as soon as I took the new pan out of the box. Such a shame. Calphalon -- why did you change it if its not broke??? I recommend this as 2 separate pans but I DO NOT recommend it for its intended use.Date published: 2019-01-12Rated 1 out of 5 by Jeff H from Poor seal when flipping I owned an earlier version of this pan, and I adored it. But after many years of use, it was finally time to replace it. Unfortunately, the quality of the design seems to have fallen sharply. The earlier design had a rounded part on each pan which interlocked tightly with its counterpart, which kept the pans from shifting with respect to one another during a flip and created a strong seal. The new pans have replaced this with a square design that leaves significant space between the interlocking parts. This means that with the new pan there is too much play between the pans when they are joined, with the results that (1) there is a poor seal to prevent partially set eggs from leaking out the side during the flip (potentially resulting in a tremendous mess if you happen to try this over your stove as opposed to your sink) and (2) the edges of the top pan rub against the interior of the bottom pan, scraping off the non-stick coating in a line around the edge of the bottom pan. On the chance that this was simply a problem with the pan we ordered, we returned it for a replacement, but the new pan has proven to have the same problems. I am not what you would call a great cook, but made frittatas one of my few specialities. My wife and kids love them. As long as you properly grease the rivets they aren't a problem (unless you overfill the pan). Other than some staining on the handles by the pan, the Caphalon Ones held up nicely. No flaws on the cooking surface. I recently upgraded to the Elite pans because we love our other Elites. And as mentioned, you can use the pans individually, so it is a heck of a deal. We make INCREDIBLE frittatas at our Bed and Breakfast in beautiful Payson,AZ and I always use these pans and reccomend them to our guests -- I even give cooking lessons utilitizing these pans -- you do have to take a little extra measure of care around the rivots (I drizzle and massage a little extra olive oil in those areas - problem solved) but the results are so so worth the little extra time! Frittata comes out moist & delicious - no "skin" like finishing in an oven produces! Problem is that the silver rivets on the inside of each pan STICK. Horribly. I tried different recipes and the flavor is great but when you turn it out, a large portion always sticks to the rivets and ruins the look of the frittata. I always wonder why manufacturers don't make all the surfaces on a non-stick pan, well non-stick. Even using a spray like Pam it sticks. Sad.Date published: 2014-04-10
I purchased this pan over 5 years ago and love it. But recent reviews say the handles changed and now leaks when turning. Is that still an issue?
