Calphalon and Williams Sonoma collaborated to create the Elite cookware collection, taking nonstick performance to a new level. The cookware is specially designed so metal utensils won't compromise its durable, triple-layer nonstick interior. This crepe pan's textured surface and shallow, sloping sides release omelettes effortlessly, while the companion butter warmer features a pouring lip on either side. - Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks as well as nylon, silicone, coated or wooden utensils.
- Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks or knives.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause foods to stick.
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

Bought this pan (underside is marked 1210 . 10") just over 16 years ago as an individual piece from a different store before it became exclusive at W&S. I use it often, only for omelets, fried eggs, and crepes, and have only used silicone spatulas with it. The non stick coating slowly disappeared over time, but the bottom of the pan has a hard, dark, polished surface that keeps is stick free as long as you use a dab of butter or a tiny bit of oil. The pan is heavy enough so that there is even heat distribution yet small enough that you can "shake free" omelets and crepes. I think the 8" size and side design is perfect for this. It's a crime that they make you buy a sauce pan with it. What is the purpose of a non stick sauce pan anyway? It is very versatile and it's light weight makes it easy to wield. I use it to cook eggs (omelettes, scrambled, sunny side), warm tortillas, sear fish & scallops, sautée things, brown nuts, cook burgers. Others have said the nonstick wears off but I have had my pan for over 8 years and it still works great. I treat it like any nonstick pan and only use wood or synthetic utensils. I liked that it was shallow and I used it three or four times a week and always hand washed it. It has lost its nonstick qualities and the outside is cracked and very difficult to clean. My first pan lasted me 10 years so I bought another. The 2nd one was warped so they replaced it and I received this one. The coating felt rougher than the previous one and it didn't last but a couple months of use.
