The only thing better than a brownie is one that's shaped like a bowl and filled with ice cream. Designed for any occasion that requires double decadence, this professional-quality pan bakes six brownie bowls with wells in the middle. Our Goldtouch® nonstick finish ensures easy release and quick cleanup.
- 6-well pan turns out individually sized brownie bowls that hold ice cream, whipped cream or pudding; also helps create mini pies and strawberry shortcakes.
- Goldtouch ceramic-based coating is more resistant to abrasion than standard nonstick surfaces and releases food with ease.
- Extended edges provide a secure grip, making it easy to transfer pan to and from oven.
- Extra-thick aluminized steel distributes heat evenly for consistent baking results.
- Made in USA exclusively for Williams Sonoma.
- Dimensions & More Info
- 15 3/4" x 11 1/4" x 1 3/4" high.

- Use & Care
- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Before first use, hand-wash pan in warm water with mild dishwashing soap. Abrasive cleaners will damage the finish.
- Use wood, nylon or plastic tools – never use metal tools.
- Although this nonstick finish was developed to resist scratches, cutting in the pan is not recommended.
- Prepare the pan according to individual recipes, greasing and flouring if specified.
- Due to this bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring the oven temperature and baking time for the first few uses, then making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
- Dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand-washing to maintain the pan's appearance over time.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pat5 from Great Idea But.... I bought this pan 3 weeks ago. I thought it was a clever idea for dessert for my grandchildren. I have used it twice. I had to throw the first batch of brownies out, because they fell apart when I tried to get them out of the pan. I floured the pans the second time, and they were still very difficult to remove from the pan. Three out of four turned out fine. I’ll try the non-stick spray recommended in another review. I have other non-stick baking pans, and nothing is as difficult as this one. i’m Not sure if I would recommend it to a friend.Date published: 2019-09-26Rated 4 out of 5 by Loann from Great pan after trial and error It's a love/hate relationship with this pan. Love: makes the cutest brownie cups ever! My kids (age 9 and 11) and my adult friends (age is just a number, right???!!) raved about these brownie cups....I used the same recipe I've always used but presentation makes a world of difference. Happy I purchased the pan. That said, here's what I discovered: spray the heck out of the pan before you pour the batter in. I mean soak the darn thing with baking spray....even then it will stick a little on the edge; that's where, after you wait 30 mins once its out of the oven, you use a long toothpick and wiggle the pick around the edges gently. It will come out undamaged and in one piece. Secondly, the pan takes up precious space in my cabinet so I have to store it in my garage when its not in use. Wish they made it in silicone mold. The pan is very easy to clean; could be 'cause I sprayed the heck out of it. Ha! Anyway, no regrets on this purchase because the end results make me look like a master baker (I'm not)!Date published: 2019-09-20Rated 5 out of 5 by IB Shel from Awesome! Bought this pan a few weeks ago and decided to make brownies in it. I sprayed the pan with Bak-klene ZT, filled each well 3/4 full, baked for 30 minutes at 325, let them rest in the pan for about 15 minutes, gave a little wiggle to each brownie, flipped the pan over, and all but one came right out. The last one came out with just a smidge of extra wiggling. I filled each one with homemade chocolate coffee ice cream before serving...my husband lost his mind! I’m going to try a homemade cake in the pan next. This recipe made just what I needed to fill the 6 wells perfectly: 1 C cocoa, 2 sticks butter, 4 eggs, 2 C sugar, 1/2 C flour, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 pinches kosher salt, optional 1 C chopped nuts. Heat oven to 325. Melt butter with cocoa and stir until smooth. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then transfer to large bowl. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. In separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, salt, and nuts (if using). Stir into chocolate mix just until combined. Divide batter evenly between the 6 wells. Bake 30-35 minutes. Do NOT over bake. Rest in pan 15 minutes before releasing brownie bowls. Fill and enjoy!Date published: 2019-07-04Rated 2 out of 5 by Bakebake from I wanted it to work! I made these for Father’s Day for our dessert, or rather I tried. Not one bowl came out of the pan. A ring of the brownie came off on some of them. I would like to think I’m a pretty good baker, but this wasn’t the case. I’ll try the pan another day cooking longer or using chocolate chip cookie dough before I give up the pan for good.Date published: 2019-06-16
Each time I try using this pan I have to dig out each bowl resulting in a crumbled mess. I've tried cooking spray, cake release, and shortening/dusted with flour. I've adjusted the time and temp with no success. Any suggestions?Hi Susan, Our bakeware merchant recommends that you try using Bak-Klene ZT Nonstick Baking Spray. It is a non-stick spray that contains flour to help with easy release. You may purchase it here: https://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/bak-klene-zt-nonstick-baking-spray/Date published: 2019-05-31
How much batter does each well hold please?Hi Karen, Each well can hold approximately ½ cup of batter.Date published: 2019-05-22
These come out really crispy, as in rock hard, any tips?Hi Kris, One reason as to why your cakes are turning out hard may be that your oven is too hot. Individual ovens (especially older models) can vary, so try baking at a slightly lower temperature next time. You can also try checking your cake with a toothpick inserted in the middle a few minutes before the recipe says it should be done. If it comes out clean, you are good to go. Overbeating can also cause your baked goods to come out heavy or dense. You will also want to check the expiration dates on your baking soda and baking powder to make sure they are fresh. Finally, remember to always bake with room-temperature ingredients, especially eggs and liquids.Date published: 2019-04-16
