For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.
At Williams Sonoma, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I used to drive miles for fries that good. I tried a less expensive frozen shoe string potatoes with unsatisfactory results. Their color did not change at all and they tasted as though they had absorbed too much oil. We followed the directions, used the right amount of oil, and turned it on. After about 5-8 minutes of heating up, the fryer tripped the GFCI on the outlet. We unplugged the unit, re-set the GFCI, and plugged it back in. The display panel turned on, but the heating element no longer worked. The oil temperature dropped over the next several minutes. There were no additional instructions on actions to take if the heating element stops working. Unable to return the unit because we didn't keep the shipping material/info. All have either met or exceeded expectations. I thought I couldn't go wrong buying the Smart Fryer BDF500XL. I purchased this fryer from the WS website on Nov 12, 2014. It took about a week to get to me. I've used it 1-4 times a month for the past year. It was always just an average fryer. It didn't cook any better/worse than the other fryers I've owned. On Nov 13, 2015, it just stopped working. I contacted WS, who told me they will not warranty it because of its age. I really wanted to like this fryer... and I wanted to trust in WS to take into account that even though I purchased this item 366 days before it broke, that they'd still warranty it since it's only been about 358 days since I've actually had it (considering shipping). Overall, this fryer isn't worth the cost. $40-60 fryers do the same job, and have lasted so much longer. This fryer, when working, performed average.
