- Bellegem Belgian Waffles
- 5 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups warm water (110–120°F)
- 2 1/2 cups Bellegem Waffle Mix
- Spray cooking oil on the grids of the waffle maker and brush or wipe to coat evenly.
- Preheat the waffle maker to medium-high heat according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and warm water and whisk until well blended. Add the waffle mix and mix until smooth; do not overbeat. Let the batter stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Gently stir the batter, then pour enough batter into the center of the waffle maker so it is almost full. Immediately close the lid; steam will escape. Cooked until the steam has slowed. Open the lid. If the waffle is evenly browned and crisp and can be removed easily with tongs or a fork, it is ready. Serve hot.
- Makes 5–9 waffles.

Still love homemade, but this is easily the next best thing.Date published: 2019-02-26Rated 5 out of 5 by Corgis77 from Great sweet beautiful waffles ! Perfect I love these waffles, they really are a perfect balance of sweet and light and such a nice color! Be sure to use Warm water when mixing! Special note to Sonny who asked for a genius to get the recipe for 4 waffles. Doesn’t take a genius Sonny, just use Half the amount of a regular batch. 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter. 1 cup warm water 1 1/4 cup mix Pass the syrupDate published: 2018-11-13Rated 5 out of 5 by Sonny from Delicious ! Williams Sonoma Bellegem Waffle Mix is the BEST! Wonderful taste and texture, I highly recommend this amazing waffle mix. I only have one request...it would be helpful if a Williams Sonoma Kitchen Genius could breakdown the recipe for 4 waffles.Date published: 2018-08-06Rated 5 out of 5 by magatlau from Best Waffle Mix Ever This is by far the best waffle mix I have found. So fluffy, crisp, and great flavor. We use it with our round All-clad waffle maker and it turns out perfect every time. I buy the larger container but cut the recipe in half...makes 4-5 waffles. Otherwise you will use half the container which is fine if you want to make a lot of waffles! The waffles are also very good if you freeze them and reheat in toaster or microwave. We sometimes add blueberries or other fruit to the mix and it turns out great. We love these waffles!Date published: 2018-02-28Rated 5 out of 5 by Annette from Light and Crisp I’ve been searching for a batter that produces light, fluffy waffles on the inside with a crisp outside. This accomplished that WITH exceptional flavor. Just delicious, and easy to make. I have growing Kiddos - so the two of them mow through one of the two makings in each can.Date published: 2018-02-24Rated 3 out of 5 by Penny from Volume of mix -- it must be by weight? To follow the directions which calls for 4 1/2 Cups of the mix (or 1/2 of the container), it really uses more than half the container. The volume is not correct, for there to be truly 9 Cups of mix/2 lb. box. When you open it up, the mix level is down in the can by several inches at the outset.Date published: 2018-02-05Rated 1 out of 5 by lisakoshi from blah Bought this as a kit with maple syrup. The package had no directions so I used the one on this site. I don't know if I did something wrong, but it was so dry and no flavor. Syrup was good though.Date published: 2017-12-16Rated 5 out of 5 by Jabbathewocket from Hands down best waffle mix ... Ok so its pricey compared to the general box mixes you find around.. but the waffles are incredible.. and pretty much foolproof with the Breville Smart Waffle Pro, and pretty much any of the maple syrups WS offers! They cook up crispy on the outside and fluffy clouds on the inside.. the batter will look thin when you mix it up according to directions DO NOT add more mix.. its meant to be that consistency!Date published: 2017-09-29
