Master pastry chef Jean-Yves Charon crafts these treats using his buttery, award-winning puff pastry, cutting and shaping the dough by hand. Shipped frozen, they are a breeze to prepare – going directly from the freezer to the oven. After baking, the pastries emerge with flaky, golden-brown exteriors, irresistible buttery aroma, and a richly spiced apple filling. Delicious as a breakfast pastry, these treats are also ideal for a quick dessert on short notice.

- Use & Care
- The pastries ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 1 month.
- Cook from frozen. Place the frozen pastries, slitside up, on a nonstick or parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 375°F. If desired, lightly beat an egg with 1 Tbs. cold water and, using a pastry brush, brush the pastries with the egg wash. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.
- Butter, water, enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme, ascorbic acid [dough conditioner]), wheat flour, apples, apple juice (apple juice concentrate, water, ascorbic acid), brown sugar, rice starch, lemon juice, salt, vanilla extract, orange zest (orange peels, sugar, natural flavor), cinnamon, nutmeg.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cocosmom from Love them I ordered these and was so impressed, I ordered another box. All you have to do is heat the oven and put them on a pan. Very flakyDate published: 2018-07-10Rated 5 out of 5 by 2vinolovers from Apple Pastries - Yum! I purchased these after the holidays to try, and they were delicious! Full of cinnamon apple filling with buttery, flaky crust. Would buy again or give as gift!Date published: 2018-04-05Rated 5 out of 5 by Texas gal from Design flaw fixed!! I hesitated buying these forever because of the negative reviews on the pastries being broken. I am glad to report they took the feedback seriously and mine arrived with extra packaging both inside and out and they are perfect!! Additionally, they are very very good. I love that you can bake them straight from frozen as well.Date published: 2017-04-14Rated 1 out of 5 by CooksCheat from Design Flaw - Sounds Crazy As you see them photographed in their risen and beautifully baked state, the only thing you might wonder about is how much cinnamon did they use. But picture them much thinner with their sharp corners, frozen rock hard and delivered in a box that should be labeled as a 50 - 100 piece Apple Pastry Puzzle. I've never had a single issue in my years of repeat orders of Croissants, Morning Buns, Sticky Buns and so on. So until Apple Pastry 2.0, I'll be here dreaming of the perfect combination of apple, cinnamon and perfectly flaky confection (with nice rounded corners maybe) that comes delivered - each all in one piece - popped into the oven directly from the freezer and as lovely and tasty as that picture would have me believe.Date published: 2014-10-08Rated 5 out of 5 by Beachbear from Very Good Pastry These pastries are very good. easy to prepare. Just take out of freezer and place in oven. This is a real time saver, Freezer to Oven. They have good flavor and the pastry itself is flaky.Date published: 2014-10-07
