Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

I am using this cookware on an induction stove without any issues. Heats up and stays heated during sauteing and stir frying. Now that I've had a chance to put it in the rotation for a couple of weeks I can say with confidence that it is the best saute pan I've ever cooked with. The non-stick quality is outstanding, and I can already tell that I need to lessen the amount of oil that I am used to cooking with. Heat distribution is where it really shines, though. I was suspicious that the copper layer was a marketing shtick, but, like Neil Diamond, now I'm a believer. It's a big pan - obviously much bigger than a typical burner - but I found that food around the edge very nearly cooked entirely evenly with what I had in the center.
