This versatile pan is designed for browning meats and vegetables on the stovetop followed by braising with the lid in place to seal in flavors and keep foods moist. The pan is from All-Clad’s three-layer bonded Stainless Steel cookware line, which pairs classic style with modern practicality. A capacity engraving on the base makes for quick identification, and an improved ergonomic handle ensures comfort.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

The pan heats quickly and I have no trouble with hot spots because I never turn the heat higher than medium. This pan doesn't need higher than medium heat. Nothing scorches or burns as a result-- a nice bonus. I use this pan for all sorts of dishes. The wide surface area allows for rapid evaporation so I can make a quick tomato sauce and then finish the pasta in the same pan. I use this pan to make rice and it comes out fluffy and delicious. The wide surface area also allows for nice browning, and the domed lid makes braising a snap. Clean up is easy enough for me. I don't baby my cookware to try to keep it looking new. Even still, after plenty of use this pan looks great. If you are looking for a quality pan at a great price that will serve the functions of 3 or 4 different pans then you will love this pan.Date published: 2014-07-02
