Rated 5 out of 5 by JF from I love this! I love this steamer. I use it for all my veggiesDate published: 2017-08-01Rated 5 out of 5 by Manic Mike from Nice Asparagus pot Nice pot that produced excellent Asparagus. Since it is narrow and tall, it is easy to store in my kitchen. I can forgive the bonded disc on the bottom, since it only boils water. All around a nice addition to the collection!Date published: 2017-05-24Rated 5 out of 5 by smittycdm from Crazy, This Makes the Best Asparagus! I had some $ leftover on a GC so I bought this on a whim. Oh my gosh! We are big asparagus eaters & let me tell you, this makes perfect asp! Hint: don't put too much water in the 'pan'. And if your asp is not 75%+ fresh, you won't need much cooking time. We've used this at least 8-10 times in the last three weeks!Date published: 2017-04-08Rated 5 out of 5 by Cheri from Have wanted this for a long time Works great, the asparagus was cooked perfectlyDate published: 2017-01-26Rated 3 out of 5 by Leslie B. from Love All-Clad but.... I love my All Clad however I have learned this pot is not compatible with my induction stove top. Guess I missed the aluminum bottom clue. The pot will be relocated to the RV.Date published: 2017-01-01Rated 5 out of 5 by Dahleen from Adorable and Functional This pot is the cutest thing ever. It's beautiful, shiny, sturdy and most of all functional. I placed 6 eggs in the basket. I could have placed a dozen or more. I put the basket in the pot, filled with water placed the lid and in 6 minutes it was boiling. Because of the shape the eggs weren't bouncing off each other and breaking. Looks fab on the stove and has multiple uses. The basket is such a great idea.Date published: 2016-06-23Rated 4 out of 5 by GILI from You NEED this pot! I bought this pot to replace a similar, colorful pot that I got on T.V. that went bad within a few months. I knew that I needed stainless steel with no coating. I use this to boil eggs, steam corn on the cob and any vegetables. It stays on my stove and I couldn't do without it. Don't hesitate to buy this. Asparagus pots are not as common as you think. Also, it cooks a lot of food in a small vertical space.Date published: 2015-08-18Rated 5 out of 5 by KColeman from For more than just Asparagus I love this small pot. It receives a lot of use in my kitchen. You can use it to steam clams/mussels as well as cooking corn on the cob and hard-boiling eggs in addition to asparagus. I suppose you could also use it to cook hot dogs although we typically grill our bison hotdogs. It is a narrow but tall pot that can fit even in the most cramped (like mine) kitchens. This would be a great gift for a housewarming or bridal shower as it is not something that people would typically think of. You could put some silicon spatulas wrapped in a kitchen towel and washcloth or other utensils in it or put it as part of a chef's basket with other goodies including some fresh veg for a dinner night.Date published: 2015-05-06
