Rated 5 out of 5 by CarolinaNights from Great gift! I purchased as a wedding gift...and it arrived just before Thanksgiving. Perfect- they used it several times when cooking for the family. And they loved the monogram! It looked great on the stovetop, not to mention it was a great multipurpose pot for veggies, pasta, potatoes, etc.Date published: 2015-12-19Rated 4 out of 5 by KariLove from Love it, but... I was excited to finally be able to purchase this multipot for cooking pasta. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that it's not a good pot for cooking spaghetti. The spaghetti goes through the holes and gets stuck making it a pain to clean. Otherwise, it will be great for other types of pasta.Date published: 2014-07-14Rated 4 out of 5 by Natab0525 from Great for a crowd! this is a great pot when cooking a large amount of pasta. I rarely use it as we have a smaller family but I sure am glad I've got it when it comes to entertaining. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that its a little hard to pull the strainer out if you have a lower cooktop microwave head. But Its a beautiful pot to display. I have mine monogrammed and love it.Date published: 2013-12-10Rated 5 out of 5 by AspenCPA from Perfect Multipot This is the perfect size and weight multiport and has an insert that leaves just the right amount of room in the bottom for steaming. The insert is also great for pasta. The pot is a great size for stock as well. I've not tried it for soup, and suspect it might be just fine for stock-based soups, but I don't expect it to be heavy enough for a cream based soup. All in all a great replacement for my last multiport.Date published: 2013-12-07Rated 5 out of 5 by watervilleray from Excellent Product ! Great Value ! We make our own pasta and were looking for the perfect cooker to prepare it. All Clad cookware has been our favorite for other needs. This choice was perfect for cooking home made pasta. The price was 50% off making it even better. Highly recommended...Date published: 2013-11-24Rated 5 out of 5 by Debbiejo from multipot multifunction Wonderful addition to my previous All Clad purchasesDate published: 2013-11-17Rated 5 out of 5 by Zomaya from All-Clad Perforated Multipot 8qt All-Clad make such a good quality product. It is made in the USA. The quality is so good on their products, the grandchildren will inherit it. As for using the pot, I didn't think that I would enjoy as such. I just strain the liquid by lifting the insert. I have the liquid still in pot and depending on what the liquid is, I can easily use it (instead of looking for another bowl or what-have-you to keep some of the liquid). Pasta is a cinch. Blanching is a breeze, you can put lots in the pot and pull it out at once, instead of using the spider or slotted spoon. Of course, without the insert it is just a good quality pot for making whatever your heart desires. I did have the pasta pot with the perforated lid, which at the time I thought was great, however, all of the liquid is lost and you have to make sure there is nothing in the sink you don't wish to get wet with the liquid, I was forever burning myself with the steam. Do I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY - you will love the quality.Date published: 2013-11-16Rated 5 out of 5 by jan1234 from Wonderful Product! This is truly a "multi use pot"! Very happy and satisfied with this purchase.Date published: 2013-11-16
