Rated 1 out of 5 by FredZ from Not a good Induction Pan This was a "Christmas" replacement for a warped Copper Chef 12 inch Fry Pan. My Induction Cooktop was too powerful for the thin Copper Chef. I have used this All-Clad pan only 3 times for browning meatballs, and making crab cakes. Since my first use the pan bottom is not flat and the oil and fat drains equally around the edge (see image with water). The center of the pan is higher and the cooking oil is evenly spread around the sides. Thus whatever is in the middle gets burned. I mostly cook with my Copper Core but dread the cleanup.Date published: 2018-05-16Rated 1 out of 5 by slss from Disappointed - All Clad Pan Purchased this 12" All Clad NS1 fry pan July 2017. I would not recommend it because the pan is convex. It is NOT possible to "coat" the pan because the butter/oil flows to the sides of the pan due to the fact that it does not have a flat surface.Date published: 2017-09-17Rated 5 out of 5 by CulinaryCailliers from Great non-stick pan We have a complete All Clad Stainless Steel set and decided to purchase a couple of non-stick pans and we are very happy we did, they work wonderfully.Date published: 2017-06-13Rated 1 out of 5 by Ramblin from PAN STICKS We've had this pan for over a year and it started sticking a little over six months of use... sorry for the price I would have expected more.Date published: 2017-03-26Rated 5 out of 5 by alexmart from I foresee years of solid use I have owned a set of all clad stainless steel pans for almost 20 years, and my wife and I have been extremely happy. They are all in great shape, and should last for a very long time. We recently installed an induction range, and needed a set of non-stick pans compatible with our new range. I was very leery about buying this 12" and the 8/10" fry pans. I was leery about the quality, since these NS1 pans are all made in China. i'm happy to say that after using them for a month, they feel just as solid as my 20 year old stainless All Clad set, and I foresee many future years of enjoyment. If not, i can just walk in to a WS store and return them, as I have with other All Clad and Le Creuset items.Date published: 2016-12-28Rated 4 out of 5 by Cleone from Great non-stick pan This is a great non-stick pan. I cooked eggs on it with little or no oil and everything slides right off. 12" is a little heavy for me, but I was looking for a non-stick pan with a lid and this one was on sale. I might look at getting the 8" or 10". The handle could be designed better though. If your hand slips to the side, it hurts.Date published: 2016-12-24Rated 5 out of 5 by ambismom from BEST POT EVER i own all all clad pots... love them.....until this new non stick surface was introduced... you will never want to use another surface again. nothing sticks, cleaning is sooooo easy. i am slowly replacing my existing all clad pots with the new NS1 series... i'm so happy.. my husband not so much! he is slowly buying me all new all clad......Date published: 2016-11-04Rated 5 out of 5 by JennMSU from I foresee a workhorse! I bought this pan because I need a big nonstick pan to make eggs. All-Clad hasn't failed me on quality yet so I'm willing to pay a bit more for a good pan. I like that it comes with a lid too. So far I have made everything in it but eggs! Heats evenly, holds a lot, and sort of pan-meets-wok in it's shape with the higher curved sides. The only negative is that I haven't found a good place to store it in my kitchen yet.Date published: 2016-10-04
