- Do not use other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.

- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with a nylon scrubbing pad and a fine-powdered cleanser.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 1 out of 5 by FredZ from Not a good Induction Pan This was a "Christmas" replacement for a warped Copper Chef 12 inch Fry Pan. My Induction Cooktop was too powerful for the thin Copper Chef. I have used this All-Clad pan only 3 times for browning meatballs, and making crab cakes. Since my first use the pan bottom is not flat and the oil and fat drains equally around the edge (see image with water). The center of the pan is higher and the cooking oil is evenly spread around the sides. Thus whatever is in the middle gets burned. I would not recommend it because the pan is convex. They are all in great shape, and should last for a very long time. We recently installed an induction range, and needed a set of non-stick pans compatible with our new range. I was very leery about buying this 12" and the 8/10" fry pans. I was leery about the quality, since these NS1 pans are all made in China. i'm happy to say that after using them for a month, they feel just as solid as my 20 year old stainless All Clad set, and I foresee many future years of enjoyment. I cooked eggs on it with little or no oil and everything slides right off. 12" is a little heavy for me, but I was looking for a non-stick pan with a lid and this one was on sale. I bought this pan because I need a big nonstick pan to make eggs. All-Clad hasn't failed me on quality yet so I'm willing to pay a bit more for a good pan. I like that it comes with a lid too. So far I have made everything in it but eggs! Heats evenly, holds a lot, and sort of pan-meets-wok in it's shape with the higher curved sides.
