Combining heat, steam and pressure to accelerate cooking time, this All-Clad Electric Pressure Cooker gets delicious home cooked meals to the table in record time. The multi-purpose cooker features a ceramic-coated nonstick insert and eight cooking modes, plus an intuitive control panel with adjustable time, temperature and pressure settings for a variety of recipes. - Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.
- Hand-wash insert in warm, soapy water.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents to clean the insert.

I will never anything from William Samona. Immediately after putting it to first use it worked great. The second time produced no pressure even though it was on for over an hour. The third time it also produced no pressure, so I stopped, cleaned it again, and restarted. It turned the timer on within 3 minutes - very strange but I let it cook. At the end of the time it did not release pressure because there was no pressure at all. I have read all the instructions for cleaning. Used it several times since then hoping it would actually work. One time out of four it actually did work as it was supposed to, but all the other times I had to resort to cooking other ways. It is way beyond the return period so they will not help me out. Shame on me thinking this was my fault and continuing to try. Now it sits along side all of my other All-Clad products that do work correctly. I didn't have an occasion to use it until April 30, 2017. I was excited to use the All Clad product as with other reviewers, everything in my kitchen is All Clad. Well, buyer beware. First let me comment that the searing functioning is a slow growing, yet moving on, my beautiful roast and fabulous ingredients were ready to go. I read the instructions and waiting in anticipation for pressure to build. Waited for pressure to build, waited for pressure to build. Didn't one review use the words pressure cooker purgatory? Well that is where I sat for over 45 minutes without the All Clad pressure cooker never fulfilling its purpose. Dinner was a waste. Did another attempt with two cups of water right now. I checked gaskets, pressure relief valves everything but again no luck. Oh well stuff happens returning to the store, but wait...I found the product inoperative one day after the 30-day return period and guess what no refund based upon the call center.
